Don't count on anything but packing up and leaving Iraq for the war to fought another day. Maybe the day America has another attack, maybe sooner, maybe later. Even if we leave Iraq now, the war will not be over. All these people are not fighting us in Iraq just because it sounds like a good idea. They want us dead no matter where we are, and they continue to try to hurt or kill as many of us as they can wheather it's on our soil or theirs.

I wonder what is the definition of victory. After spending 500 Billions and 3000 lives, this country hates us more, they won't give us their oil, and we r forced to negotiate with Iran and Syria. I wonder if we stay longer what will happen then as this happen in just 3 years?

The war in iraq can not be won. Iraqi people hate the US and they are the one putting IEDs on the roads. you have to think of their society. they believe in the eye for an eye system. every civilian that dies has a cousin or relative that want to get get revenge for them. so far, 600,000 iraqis have died so the hatred for the US has increased.

I really doubt it. There is so much hatred over there and so many religious battles, that no matter what we do--we will always have troops over there fighting as long as Iraq is there. This is a no win war in my opinion.
