Not legally. If you have to do it, do it quick and vacate the area before you are arrested.

I think it varies from state to state. I know that in NY and NJ police could care less if you're going to the bathroom in public, just as long as it's not in the middle of a mall or area where there are lots of people. In AZ however it is a crime, and most people who get caught have to pay a big fine.

Absolutely! But you can go to jail if you are caught for indecent exposure. And guess what else? That's considered a sexual offense and you will have to register as a sex offender. I am SO not kidding. Hold it in dude!

Well no, but if you are somewhere that sells beverages they are required to have public restrooms.
