Today I drove by Disney on my way home and there were hundreds of people protesting. On thier signs read: STOP DISNEY FROM OUTSOURCING OUR JOBS

This is happening in every American industry and it is sad to see good American people loose their jobs to countries who usually end up protesting back against us. Take Indonesia for Example
Two weeks ago thousands protested against Bush and were yelling in the streets" Down with America"!!!
People what is going on,
We need to send a clear message to our politians that outsourcing has to end and soon before half of the USA is on welfare!!!

WHAT IS YOUR OPINION ????????

I do and its not fair either , money is the reason for death ,that and territory , war is not right morally or in anyother since . Protecting our people is one thing hurting and killing people who cant protect themselves is completly different.

Apparently some here believe he denounced conservative efforts to discriminate against gays. I must have missed that. He is for gay marriage? for equal housing and employment rights? against sodomy laws? for gay adoption? I missed all of that. All I can remember is how angry and embarrassed he and Lynne were when Edwards mentioned their gay daughter in debates.

How come the police officers involved in the shooting of Meneses are being taken to court over this matter. The facts speak for themselves.
1. When challenged by armed police, he ran away because "He didnt speak good english". Surely armed men shouting "Armed police, stand still" has a pretty universal meaning, and even if the words were not understood, common sense dictates that when clallenged by armed men, you stand still.
2. It was the midlle of summer, and he was wearing a thick padded jacket.
3. He ran into a train station and vaulted a ticket barrier. Firstly, running away from armed police, scared or not, running away from the law is just not smart. Secondly he ran into a tube station. a crowded, enclosed space with a lot of people. The police were under the impression a man, possibly carrying a bomb just ran away from the police and into a crowded place. They then acted on training and shot him. So why, with these facts, are they criminals??

It is overdue, I am not saying send every black person a check in the mail but invest billions of dollars into the communities, by building better schools, recreation and youth centers, more access to comunity colleges, and more outreach programs to teach blacks personal responcibility.

I was out the other night asking some people and they were telling me the difference, but also said that a person could be both. I just don't get it - how they are two different things, but can also be the same. My father is a "veteran" but he doesn't help sick animals. Then does that mean that some "vetenarians" can also be veterans?

This sounds like a weird question, but maybe the police officers on here can help me. I have this fascination with law enforcement and being a female that's 5'2" and 90 lbs., I'm thinking I probably wouldn't have a very good shot of ever having a future in any "in the field" law enforcement work. ;) I've always wanted to see the inside of a police station, but are civilians just allowed to walk in? If so, what would a police officer do if you stopped by and said "Oh, I just wanted to have a look around?"

will they ever respect the office of any President who does not 100% go along with EVERYTHING they believe in, if they do not respect any President from the get go, and only after he has "earned" their respect. Isn't this selfish, that one will disrespect a President until he conforms with every single thing their agenda holds to?

NOTE: I said some liberals, I did not make a generalization about all of you

so, knowing that the 4 aircraft carriers were not at Pearl, could he have, or would he have called off the attack--or was he too committed?

After all, the aircraft carrier was superior to the battleship by that time as a war weapon and not destroying them meant he would be doing an incompete job, (which of course really came back to "haunt" him).

Ive always scoffed at those uniformed lemmings dressed in green aka JROTC kids its sad really how they allow this of all things in school!! How is that possibly part of a public curriculum teaching kids from middle school and brainwashing them that joining the army is fighting terrorism , then lying to them about gettting a college degree when less then 10% actually make it out with one at all . I my self am an anti-war activist , war is so like centuries ago but really it is unnnessary as a whole . However regardless of that ascpect i find the army recruiters invasion of my school to be wrong , telling kids who didnt quite make the grade that the Army and its facility is the only way to make something honerable of themselves . How is kiling innocent people honerable ? It seems that whoever disaggres with the U.S is painted to be against us and therefor terrorist when infact its plain to see why so many other countries hate us
I know i didnt spell check but that not the issue ......

Donald Rumsfeld noted that his own strategy in Iraq was not working and called for a major course correction.

Most significantly, Rummy urged a change from “Stay the Course” to an admonition to the Iraqis to “Drop your Cocks and Grab your Socks” — which itself is unlikely to work, given the fact that the sock factory in Baghdad has no electricity, thanks to “Operation Iraqi Freedom”?

For example, a looter in Iraq. Or anyone else guilty of a normal criminal offence in a war zone. Do they get read their rights, or a version of them? Where do they get taken? If there's no civilian law enforcement to hand them over to, what happens to them?
