I mean, just your immediate thoughts and feelings on it?

Great Act, but first thoughts were who is going to pay for all that, the British tax payer, which includes England, N. Ireland and Wales when only the Scots will reap the benefits? or is it for everybody?

LOL...couple of Xenophobes here. Well, who will pay for that is the people of Scotland of course. If you English are so pissed that you don't have your own parliament do something about it & vote for your own, rather than just come out with the lame insults levelled at the other countries in the UK that have gone down that route. It's the views of people like yourselves that have led to:
1: The Scottish Parliament & Welsh/N Ireland assemblies
2: The rise in support for Scottish independnece

I didn't hear a peep out of people like you south of the border when Thatcher & subsequent PM's chose to "experiment" with legislation in Scotland first before introducing it in England.

I have a lot of respect for English people & i'm just grateful people like you are a minority.

I'm sorry, but this document exceeded my attention span by a considerable margin. . I have only got an attention of about 20-30 seconds I'm afraid.

Plus it was in black and white, it looked kinda boring.

I didn't read it- but I bet I know who's going to end up PAYING for it.......
