Sometimes they make it hard to love though. My question is why don't they stick up for themselves the same way the Dems do? The Republican party is so afraid of offending anybody that they offend most.

Because fiscal conservatism turns you on
Because you think elephants have bigger trunks
Because blue is too mellow of a color
Because you would have voted to abolish slavery in Civil War times too
Because Condi Rice is cuter than Hillary
Because you were kidnapped by Newt Gingrich and now you have a residual case of Stockholm syndrome
Because you listen to better talk radio than NPR
Because Fox news has attractive anchors
Because you live in a cold enough part of the country, where global warming sounds like a good idea
Because you can admit to yourself that you like money and you do not have to feel guilty about it
Because no one likes hire taxes
Because the Democrats have too many hippies under their tent, hippies that need to bathe!
Because most of the country is democrat right now and you are a rebel
Because you own stock in the company that makes the yellow ribbon magnets that attach to peoples cars.
Because you own stock
Because you have taken Economics in college and understand how capitalism works

Because we are intelligent enough to realize that:1. If a program (Food stamps, welfare, disability,etc)is costing the tax payers billions of dollars a year and only wee% percent recieving benefits under that program are legitimate, it's an unecessary burden on tax payers and demands reform (less funds and more conditions). Dems are all about the people, the struggle to survive, the lack of education. Get off your soap box people, it is 2006. Equal Opportunity is here. Katrina, Welfare, and lack of support on Patriot Act are excellent examples of this stupidity!If social security was privatized wouldn't you do more to secure your golden years???? We're not afraid to work HARD (key word)for our money, that's why we desire the most to keep it.
