On the 24 hour clock, midnight equates to 00:00. Every hour after that adds a number. 14:00 is therefore equivilant to 2:00 PM.

The full comparison between the 12-hour and 24-hour clocks breaks down like this:

00:00=12 AM (Midnight)
01:00=1 AM
02:00=2 AM
03:00=3 AM
04:00=4 AM
05:00=5 AM
06:00=6 AM
07:00=7 AM
08:00=8 AM
09:00=9 AM
10:00=10 AM
11:00=11 AM
12:00=12 PM (Noon)
13:00=1 PM
14:00=2 PM
15:00=3 PM
16:00=4 PM
17:00=5 PM
18:00=6 PM
19:00=7 PM
20:00=8 PM
21:00=9 PM
22:00=10 PM
23:00=11 PM

No such thing.

1400 is 2:00 pm

The 24-hour time system is created to mitigate confusion, particularly when lives are at stake. Hospitals use the same format. Many nations around the world use it as well.

0100 is 1 am
0200 is 2 am
1100 is 11 am
1200 is noon
1300 is 1 pm
1400 is 2 pm
2400 is midnight

I am sure you can fill in the numbers left out.

It is 1400 and it is 2 PM. This is most commonly known as military time, and it runs on a 24 hour clock.

first of all it's called "Military time" and second there is no such thing as 14:00pm. the "pm" is redundant, because if it's 14:00 it is already implying that it is afternoon. Had you said what is 2:00pm in military time then the answer would have been. 1400hrs

2 pm regular time

You would leave off the pm because it is not part of military time. It would be 2 pm. 12hours + 2hours= 14hours on a 24hour clock
