...and if they are later cleared of the charge(s), can they then sue the state for damaging their livelihood/reputation? e.g. You're a school teacher and a parent accuses you (falsely) of assaulting a minor child. It goes through the trial process and you are found not guilty. Given the serious nature of the charge and the subsequent trial, can the teacher sue the state for millions of dollars (which includes lifetime lost revenue, and emotional damages)?

Someone told me we should send all prisoners with over 1 year sentence to Iraq-Drop them weapons and ammo and let 'em fight.
If they make it back alive we can delete their sentence. What do you think?

Is it against the law to shoot a dog if u think it is in so much pain that it would be more humane to kill it on the spot?
What if its not? What if you did not take it to the vet to get it checked out and all it had was arthrits?
Could you be charged with murder, or animal cruelty?

It wasn't me but I know a person that did that. I am not sure if they brought him to the vet at all, because their lie made no sence, but they shot him. And I think they should not have shot him at all. But the lie they told me was that they brought it to the vet and all he could tell them was bad news. So what they brought it home and shot it????

Besides there is like 10 different veterinary clinic in about walking distance. Also it was within city limits.

NEVER!! And what can we do about it? Do not worry, immigration has only made this nation strong. Put your energies in helping your fellow man. I do get lots of "PLEASE DONATE TO HELP FEED AND EDUCATE THE NATIVE AMERICANS" and I do. Have you?

I smelled something like very strong horse urine when I went out to check on my very rural property a couple of weeks ago. I almost vomited as I opened the gate to let my truck onto the property. My neighbor had been arrested earlier in the month for making meth, and is still in jail. The smell came from the other side of my property at a private campground about 800 feet from the gate I entered. It dissipated as I made noises while doing some fence work. It would take hundreds of horses to make such a strong odor like I endured as I began to work. The temperature was near freezing, too, when I arrived at the property, but the cold had no dampening effect on the smell at all.

Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont each broke off of Massacussets, and must of changed the Social Contract for the better. Yet Vermont does have the shortest state constitution.
West Virginia broke from Virginia and has at least 50 ammendments to their constitution.
South Dakota and North Dakota were part of a big terrirtory then a smaller one then split and must have fought about it.
Still don't know why Alabama is a lot like Florida but they can count faster, Aloha means:We so scared of you but give us the money, or why it takes three Californians to screw in a lightbulb one to hold the ladder, one to screw in the lightbulb, and one to relate to the experience. Don't figure?
