While this may be a good question, the idea of that is probably the worse thing that can happen to this country. Freedom of speech has to be the greatest freedom we have that enables us to stay free. And if it means to allow obscenity's, that's okay with me. . .remember, something beautiful to one person can be seen as obscene to another. Obscenity can be horrid but but required in telling a story either fiction or in reality. For example, when the first plane hit the WTC, the film crew working with the Fire department on a documentary, caught that event on tape. . .you can hear some say "Oh ****", a word considered obscene for which I now can be reported for.
Anyone should be able to say anything they want to, as long as it is in the frame work of our rights as stated in the constitution and it's amendments. Meaning, you can't say anything that can cause any ones rights to be violated.
National Security is a touchy issue and it has been abused by this administration more than any other time in my life time (57 Year) than I am aware of. So, it really requires an oversight that is unbiased or balanced, which it has not been for the past few years.
Jerry P. What you say on terror and fear is true, has been true since the very beginning of this country. . .
"They, that can give up essential liberty, to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety."– Benjamin Franklin - - -

Not in the least. Free speech, with the partial and limited exception of stuff that spreads hate (say the Nazi's were right and all Jews should be killed), is a keystone of a functioning democracy. Without it we're on a slippery slope to Singapore where free and creative expression is outlawed and although it may be a democracy it's really a one-party state.

I honestly think it would be the last straw for the American People. It is already bad enough we are getting spied on by our own government...and people like cashcobra are okay with that.
Denying someone the freedom of speech cannot be justified in any way, shape, or form. While you may not like what someone says, that does not mean you have the power to silence them.
Spying on people is no way to do it either.
Have fun in your police state cashcobra.

Never. Never never never.
the terrorists want us to be afraid. just look at the word. Terror. they want to cause terror. Any steps we take to make ourselves more safe to at the cost of our ideals are wins for them.
Benjamin franklin sad that "those who would give up liberty for temporary security deserve neither."
If we give up free expression, out most cherished right, then all truly is lost. censorship is ever the way to go in a free society.

I would not block them I would monitor them. I would find out who visited look for coded messages etc... Never let the subject of an investigation know they are under investigation until you have to.
