i booked a holiday with a certain company in the brouchure it stated there was a bath in the room on arrival only shower asked for a room change non available wrote a written complaint with rep should i get some kind of compensation for this. ps i love my bath.have i got a case with trading standards. thanks in advance

my neighbor missed court yesterday due to her son being ill and she wrecked her car last wed. so she had no transportation either. she has 5 days to turn in a letter for reasons as to why another court date should be set. is that typically true and what should she say?

Most of the co-workers , supervisor and boss for the company i work for dont like me. The place that i work for has alot of people that dont like my kind of race. I mean no problem with that you dont have to like my race if you dont want to. It is a free country. But everymorning I work from 5am-3:30pm on a normal day. First two hours are overtime. Sometimes I have stuff to do and a family to take care of at times. So I cant "always" stay after 3:30, they tell me if "I" dont work overtime. I will lose my job and dont have one. But alot of other co-workers dont work overtime either, they go home when their regular day is over. And they still have their job. I know they are just waiting to get rid of me. I mean I know that they dont like my race. But that isnt right for them to get rid of me because of it. But if they do fire me, it is a At Will State. They can fire you regardless. They can give you a reason or not. What is a way a can prove they fired me because of my race?

Our president is trying to help the world, he is a hero. Our presidents approval rating is actually higher in a country we are at war with because they know whats going on. Yet this news letter I get keeps saying that we should be on trial in Iraq and Capitalism is evil, and other untrue statements. Why do people be haten' on us so hard?

It did not even seem like the read the whole question because they said exactly what I was asking.
The question was...
What exactly is Habitat for Humanity? Where is the charity?
I don't understand how this is a charity and where the money goes. These people getting the homes still have to pay. Anyone can get a home with no money down, so that is not a factor. The payments on these homes are regular payments. I know someone who got a home in NC and her payment is only 100 less than my house payment and she got her home ten years ago.

Also, they have no rights to the houses and cannot sell them without paying back.

I don't even get what the big deal is. I think it is mostly the people getting a kick out of building the home for them. Other than that, I would not give any money to it unless I am further enlightened to anything else.

I will try not to be too drawn out....

1 - I would abolish the House of Lords.
2 - I would give polotitians and myself a serious pay cut, perhaps only just above the min. wage, like everybody else.
3 - polotitians would have to turn up to work everyday like everyone else.
4 - There would be more polotitians, one for each town.
5 - Everything that was subject to change/laws would be voted by the people, hence the need for a polotitian in each town.
6 - Everyone would recieve an explanation of where their money was going, what it was spent on.
7 - there would be no district councilors, (cost cutting)one polititan will suffice to represent the area.
8 - The tax system would be completely overhauled, that includes taxes on purchases and so on.
9 - I would expect the people to pay for their standard of living. If they want better hospitals and schools they have to understand that it costs.
