I dislike him, he has done sod all for this country since he was made prime minister, the country has gone down hill for the last few years, we have been forced into a war which has got nothing to do with us, we are over run with immergrants, taxes have gone up, and he has got his nose so far up bushes back side he is going to need surgery to be removed from it, oh, and we, the tax paying people of this counrty will have to pay for that too. i could go on, but im not going to!

Tony Blair came to power on a popular wave of support. Unfortunately, some of his policies are proving controversial and uncharacteristic of a centre-left government. To make matters worse for him, he refuses to see that his time is up and that he should make room for another man. He is killing Labour slowly and may well be its greatest liability in the upcoming elections

I have never voted for Blair, but initially I thought he was doing a reasonably good job...however the longerterm effects of his earlier policies are now showing him to be a bit of a let down.
There have been so many hidden taxes introduced, that we are now one of the G8's highest tax paying countries, he wont admit he was wrong to go to war in Iraq, and is largely responsible for the increased terror threat in this country...He has cleverly used spin doctors throughout his term in office to camouflage a lot of his failings, being selective with which figures he reveals to measure the success of each policy...he is George Bush's puppet, and is in the process of destroying our countries great heritage and national identity, by allowing this immigration free for all, which the general public are vastly against

Well, I am answering from the United States, but I can tell you that many Americans do not like him because he, like our leader, wishes to fight terror.
