I had a friend that asked me for some identity information so he can get a job underage. I figured nothing would be wrong with that, until he went to my bank and withdrew not only all the money from one of my bank accounts, but withdrew $500 more than what was in the bank account. I gave him SSN and my name over the phone.

Since he stole my money I don't want him working illegaly under my name anymore. There is no proof that I gave him anything becuase I did all that over the phone, but there is proof he used a fake ID and falsified the application, my question is
Can I stop this person from using my identity without getting myself in trouble?

(Please do not point out this was a bad idea, I figured that out aleady and mentioning it wont help, what I need to know is what should I do now)

I am communicating with a Russian lady and would like to know if anyone has and advice on the best way to get her to The U.S. I have heard many horror stories about American men being scamed and would appreciate any information on this subject. I am not sending money or personal information so this is not what I need to know. What I need to know is about a visa and passports for her. Any web sites that anyone knows of on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

I'm just glad it's the men who have to go to war and not us girls. I sure wouldn't want to live in some crappy tent in the desert and getting my foot blown off. If there is ever a world war, I'm staying right here in my cozy home and my boyfriend can get the hell out and go wherever the hell he has to go.

My15-year-old daughter had to go live with her father last year because I couldn't care for her anymore. She is disrespectful, mean, hateful, and I firmly believe she needs serious medical attention.

Her father always thought I was BSing about how bad it was but now, after a year, he wants to send her back. She assaulted him and he called the police on her. She is living with their church priest until we figure something out.

She cannot come back to live with me. I have 2 other kids and I can't have the turmoil that she brings. How can I have her placed in foster care or terminate my parental rights and have her permantely taken away.

Please, don't tell me that she needs help and love... I have been dealing with this for years and I can't do it anymore. Unless you've lived one day in my shoes you can't comment on how best to help her. She needs help I can't give her.
