Amnesty should NEVER be given to law breakers! .......EVER!
Here are 10 reasons why we should NOT give amnesty to illegals!
1. They have broken the law and thumbed their noses at our country thinking they have the right to just walk over our borders and demand rights they are not entitled to.
2.It is far too costly to taxpayers to sustain the drain they have put on our system.
3.We cannot afford to give our own citizens free medical care why should we give this to illegals?
4.Our own children suffer from a lower quality education when there is overcrowding in schools and children of illegals cannot understand or speak English. Not to mention the amount of tax dollars going out to educate these children.
5.Employers are getting out of minimum wage requirements and employ these illegals for next to nothing with no benefits like medical insurance. They then have to depend on the system to supply the rest.
6. Illegals bring in large numbers of gangs and violent crime offenders and we have to build more prisons to house these violent criminals all at the taxpayers expense.
7. Most illegals are not willing to learn English and want the system to accommodate them with Spanish being taught in school and in the work place.
8.Some illegals send their money back to Mexico and therefore do not stimulate this economy but support their large families back home and benefit the Mexican economy.
9.We do not know who is in this country and undocumented illegals may very well be people sent here to harm us. The INS has no idea who is in this country.
10. It would not be fair to grant amnesty to illegals because of the many who have gone through the red tape to get to our country and have something to contribute to our society.
We do not need an amnesty program now or in the future! We have already paid too much to illegals who have no right to be here and need to go home! The last free thing an illegal should ever get courtesy of America is a bus ride back to Mexico!

They are not socialist -__- But besides every body president has given amnesty whether or not or not it's now not preventing the difficulty or truthfully manning up and sayng the poblem like Obama did and nonetheless now not give up it. Illegals are not able to vote so what does it topic only a few jobs are misplaced. If you obtained an schooling and went to a collge you will have to be nice. It fairly has no cause for impeachment you ought to do some thing unlawful. I do not see why are not able to you allow your FELLOW MEN come right here in seek of liberty and freedom. Everyone used to be an immigrant they usually had been required to emerge as residents which many are doing this is a method even though. It isnt unlawful thats the item it is not. Please give up complicated communism with socialism its one-of-a-kind. Although I are not able to difference your brain.

There aren't any now, nor have there ever been any. Nor will there ever be a reason to grant them amnesty. If they want it they can go back to where ever it is that they came from. I'll give them 5 live shotgun rounds to the head before I'll give them "Amnesty".
They'll have to kill me before I give them "Amnesty". Amnesty should be for people like me. A Legal Born citizen of the United States of America. I say that we should hang them all on the Border & say this will happen to you if you come here the way that they did.
Whatever they do they better not run into me. I'll mow them over with whatever I've got on me.

I think that long ago we came to the conclusion that illegals will contribute more money to the economy when they are LEGAL than what it will cost to make them legal. Also it is untrue that 75% of illegal immigrants commit violent crimes as someone said.
Last this is an overview of the "amnesty" proposed by the U.S. Senate:
Every undocumented person will be eligible to obtain a temporary guest worker permit that could lead to a U.S. citizenship IF:
-They have been in the U.S. for 5 years or more.
-They need to pay a fine of $2500 per person (over 18)
-They need to pay a fine of $2000 per person (under 18)
-They need to pay a percentage of taxes of the years they were here previous to this bill, and pay taxes from here on after.
-If an illegal alien studied and graduated from an American high school he/she must enroll in college full time or serve in the military for at leats 2 years (DREAM ACT)
-They will not be eligible if they have commited a felony in the past 5 years.
If they have been living in the U.S. for more than 2 years but less than 5 years at the time this bill is passed they must:
-Go back to their country with proof that they have lived in the U.S. for the stated time and apply for readmission to the U.S. with the same requirenmnets as the above group.
-If they have lived in the U.S. less than 2 years they are not eligible to obtain a guest worker permit with path to citizenship.
SO you see, out of the 15 miilion illegal immigrants it is estimated that around 7 million have 5+ years here, 4 million have more than 2 but less than 5, and the rest are not elegible.
out of those 11 illegals left only around 9 will eventually get a ful U.S. citizenship, but all the 11 illegal immigrants you started with will pay the fines and taxes.

Lets see becuase our population growth is stagnant witout them which will lead down the line to to large a proportion of people drawing form social security rather than paying in.
So that all of them will be on the tax roles rather than just 80 percent of them. Note that this would be offset by the fact that they would be eligable for social services they can't get now wich may turn them from net tax payers to net tax consumers.
More great ethinic resturants ( really I live in NC and their idea of how to cook here is to bread and fry every thing, my god - steak- they bread and fry stake, the horror) Without ethnic resturants I would have died of tastebud atrophy.
In general, they are far more industrious than the current generation and so up our productivity.
In many cases, they are the best their home countries have to offer in terms of motivation, drive, courage, etc. Many immigrants did not just sit back and take the hand they were delt, they determined to do something about it, even if it ment seperation form their families, legal danger, or physical danger or death ( how many have died crossing from the islands to florida?) They are the people with the vitality and drive that brought the first settlers to america seeking a new life. I prefer someone like that, than someone who got to come becuase they got married.
If we deport them all there won't be anyone to work the farms, clean hotel rooms, etc. They are willing to do things most americans aren't ( and don't tell me the americans would do it for a higher wage, if that higher wage made the farm unprofitable it would go out of bussiness and we would be improting more food ( probably harvested by the same people we kicked out now speding there money in a foreign economy than in local shops here.)
Because latin woman are hot and we shouldn't have to marry them to keep them around.
Because if this issue went away it would be amusing to see what other boggie men then republicans would try to make us scared of.

Tax Revenue!
The end of getting social services for nothing.
Note - I'm not in favor of true 'amnesty'. All the illegals should pay fines, taken directly out of their paychecks!
