I was driving on freeway and passing this big truck. There was a stone shot out from the tires of this truck and cracked my windshield.

Anything i can do to get compensated ?
Or am i just out of luck on this one ?

anything about politics from this forum? I've learned that there are quite a few radicals on both sides (liberatarians too) on here. If I give an answer that someone on the left disagrees with I sometimes get unsolicited nasty emails. Does this happen on both sides?

One more thing....all of the nasty emails (except one) have been from guys. What's up with that?

Almost twenty years later, Barney Frank was busted running a gay prostitution ring. Carswell's career was ruined, but Barney Frank was re-elected. All of the above involved underage boys. What is the difference?

I hear so many people talking about undocumented aliens working here and working there.

How do you know they are undocumented?

Did you ask their employer to open their employment records to you?

Do you think you can identify an undocumented worker just by seeing them?

Do they have a certain look?

Can it be that they look just like you and me?

Are we not all God's children?

and refuse to learn the language but expect the American gov't and citizens to cater to their every whim. and then it also makes me mad when people of Hispanic or African-American descent r allowed to get a free ride to any college they want and all some of the want to do is have babies and complain how hard their life is. i'm white and i'm proud of it but b/c of that i was denied scholorships event hough i was in the top 10% of my class. I was accepted to Rice University but i didn't qualify for the scholorship i asked for b/c of my skin color. my granfather was from Guatemala and he moved here b/c he wanted a better life. he learned english in two months from listening to the radio andwhenever he went into a store where they only knew spanish he refused to speak it back b/c he believed that if you live in this country you better learn the language, the same as anybody else would do if they moved to mexico or spain. btw if this makes me a racist to some ppl, then fine.

Barney Frank didn't resign when he was found running a house of gay prostitution out of his townhouse. Clinton did not resign, he denied denied denied....until finally trapped by DNA evidence on a bue dress. The little swimming incident didn't stopTed Kennedy from being elected to the Senate. Is sleaziness just expected and accepted for the democrats?

as hard working morally superior people to the Mexicans. why is it the crappier the job you have..the harder worker and the better person you are? OK Foley was preying on underage boys. But what member of the Democratic Party was hiding the proof of this for YEARS in order to use it for political gain. Is there no care whatsoever about the safety of our children? How can a person do this? What kind of person sees these IMs and just sits on them with no care for the welfare of that child or the children that Foley may come into contact with in the future? This truely is a sad state that the Democratic Party is in, don't you think?
