True, there should be a section called "Illegal." I do not consider border jumping or visa overstaying to be "Immigration," either. This is nothing but criminal activity. The Immigration section should only pertain to questions and answers regarding legal immigration.

Why isn't there a section for asking questions about racist assholes that hide their bias in the form of a nothing political issue. Something tells me you decend from an Irish or Italian or Eastern European decent or something like that, and just want to close the door behind you. Were your ancestors legal? Valid question.
