I have always heard that police officers have to come up front about being a police officer when asked. Is that true or is that a myth that i have always heard?

The couple both got in trouble for small amount of drugs at the same time. Wasn't sure if I believed it because it seems like that would be taking away your rights. Temp. custody giving to grandmother. Can the courts really do this???

Preface: Im Hispanic. Our country already has too many freaking people in it; adding still MORE people will just strain systems and dilute resources that much more. Clearly we cannot allow anyone in the world who wants to come here do so. Every sane person will agree to that. But for some reason if you replace the word "anyone" with "Mexican" millions of people including almost all latinos (go figure) suddenly lose their minds and decide this country can handle any influx imaginable. Actually, *hint hint* they're not doing any analysis, they're just spouting bullshiat based on emotion and/or old-fashioned Sesame Street caliber tribalism. We don't owe non-citizens anything. I'll repeat that. We don't owe non-citizens anything. Helping out non-citizens is one of those "nice to do" things. It's not something you do if it hurts real citizens. A massive increase in competition for resources versus a much smaller increase in those resources = hurting real citizens, lower standard of living.

I disagree with it on a moral level, because it's unfair to single out any particular group of people based on the minute statistical probability that any single person in that group may, or may not, start trouble. 99% of people in most ethnic groups are good people, but it's the other 1% that cause problems for the rest (as the saying goes, "one bad apple spoils the whole barrel").

However, on a realistic level, I feel profiling is a necessary evil because the last thing we need is a radical militant, most likely Arabic and Muslim (unfortunately, this is most likely scenario), coming here to blow up any more buildings. It's unfair to the many Americans of Arab descent, as well as Muslim-Americans. But I'd rather have a greater sense of security that my 2-year old daughter will be able to grow up and live with less fear for the future, even if it means inconveniencing certain people, than to worry about whether her part of the world will be the target for the next 9/11.

The national debt continues to grow, preventing the US economy from strong growth. Does Bush have a plan or will he leave this problem to the next adminstration?

Will it be possible for them to detach their policies from India-
1. ECONOMIC- They still blindly copy micro and macro regulations of the RBI, though understandably to the far limited scope
2. HOME- virtually every election has been contested over the spectre of India
3. FOREIGN- KKKAAASSSMMMIIIRRR......................

The list is ENDLESS.

I read in the paper that a couple was being arraigned in June, but then heard nothing more about when the trial would be. How does one find out a trial date. I would like to attend the trial if possible, but don't know how to begin to find out about it.

I know what they are going to say because it's the same thing I heard form Jon Stewart, Keith Olberman and Chris Mathews. It's as if they are so brainwashed that they are even brainwashed into saying, "We think for ourselves."
