Even with hindsight we can tell while Rumsfeld was involved it would fail.

I went on a tour to Spain with my Spanish teacher. She bought all of us alcohol and we got drunk. Some of us were under 18 but I think the drinking age is 16. Also, I saw some pics she posed for in which two boys from another group are kissing her on the cheeks and she is grabbing her boob through her clothes. She then sent that pic and some other ones to my friend who is only 16. Has she committed a crime? Can she be fired? Is she a sexual predator?

Help!

Is it true that when you ask a law enforcement officer the question " are you in any way associated with a law enforcement agency, local or federal?" that they legally HAVE to answer truthfully?

Before I begin, please people DO NOT read anything into this question that is not here. I mean what I say, and I say what I mean, so if I don't SAY I'm racist or homophobic, it's because I'm NOT.
Okay, that said, allow me to elaborate a little.
I'm speaking of conditions in the US. This has NOTHING to do with the current administration, although it does have to do with legislature passed over the last fifty years or so. This means that whoever answers actually has to have some knowledge of our country, either through living in times of over fifty years ago or reading about it, not people whose knowledge is restricted to Clinton and Bush 43.
I wouldn't mind hearing from people in countries OTHER THAN the US, but this question is not specifically for them.
Okay, now to go into what I mean exactly.
In the 50s, discrimination and segregation were the norm. It was unheard of to be a homosexual. Teenage pregnancy was nonexistent.
Running out of room. I'll continue.

So what are these Americans worrying about? Why do they have nuclear bombs themselves? Why don't they go f*** a duck?

Democrat Deval L. Patrick holds a commanding lead over Lieutenant Governor Kerry Healey in the race for governor, even though a majority of voters oppose his positions on immigration, income taxes, and crime, a new Boston Globe/CBS4 poll indicates

Fifty-five percent of voters surveyed supported Patrick, while Healey, the Republican nominee, was backed by 30 percent.

If I were a Republican, I'd start clearing out my desk. Right?

I have been off work the last few days with a virus/flu type illness. As I only had part time hours and have no sick pay entitlement, this is financially very bad for me.
I understand I might need some kind of sick note, but by the time Im well enough to see a doctor surely he wont be able to give me one since nothing can be proved?

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Disgraced former Rep. Mark Foley (news, bio, voting record) said through his lawyer Tuesday that he was sexually abused by a clergyman as a teenager, but accepts full responsibility for sending salacious computer messages to teenage male pages.

Is the G.O.P. (Gays Or Pediphiles-as referred to by the late night comedians) being the recipients of unfair fallout from Rep. Foley and his recent resignation.

Is the Congress policing itself with the vigor necessary to maintain the public trust and is it one big clubhouse, regardless of political affiliation.

Is the Congress of the United States one big Betty Ford Clinic and/or rehab center?

On a scale of 1-10 (1 being totally corrupt and 10 being extremely honest) how would you rate your congressman/woman...Trustworthy and above board, shady, sleezy, sell-out artist, etc.

And, that includes your United States Senator.

If free trade is a good idea, then so is free trade in people. Also if labour restrictive borders are a good idea, then why not have more of them? Why not stop people from changing states, unless they have a state Green Card, which of course will be designed to be impossible to get for most of you, since most of you would never qualify to immigrate to your own country.

Iran's Bushehr nuclear plant is being built by an incompetent Russian company, many times it's inauguration was postponed, it might not be complete for another 2 years at the least. Then why is Iran so insistent on uranium enrichment? It can at least declare a 2 year suspension and negotiate for a settlement. Right?

My husband and I have to put in our top 5 picks of where we want to get stationed next through the Air Force and hope to get one of them. We're going to try to stay overseas and these are probably our best options. Where would you want to go 1-5?
