Well, I dont know for sure but we do have history to look at for some answers. Lets see who his father pardoned....

From WIKIPEDIA
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_H._W._Bush

George H.W Bush's last controversial act in office was his pardon of six former government employees implicated in the Iran-Contra scandal on December 24, 1992, most prominently former Secretary of Defense Caspar Weinberger.

Weinberger's private notes contained references to Bush's endorsement of the secret shipments to Iran, some believe that the pardon was an effort to prevent an order for Bush to appear before a grand jury or possibly to avoid an indictment.

In addition to Weinberger, Bush pardoned Duane R. Clarridge, Clair E. George, Robert C. McFarlane, Elliott Abrams!, and Alan G. Fiers Jr., all of whom had been indicted and/or convicted of charges by the Independent Counsel.

HOW TO YOU CLASS SOMEONE AS HAVING THE SAME NATIONALITY AS YOU?

I'm asking this because in the country I live there is a debate going on..about Multi-culturism..and 'if foreigners don't like our way of life they should leave'
This debate is often about British Asians... Most of them happen to be born in Britain. And in my opinion just as British as anyone else..and with the same rights to dislike or like the UK as any other British citizen

So what I'm asking is how long does a person have to be in your country before they are counted as having an equal voice with 'native' born citizens..One generation..2 generation..3, or 4..

Must they be of the same ethnic stock of the majority..ie pure born English or French..What about tradional minorities in Europe such as the Roma..?

Can I make a Freedom of Information request to the police
to provide me with a copy? The coroner's report said he hanged himself, but we have never accepted that.

I did most of the "leg work" for my attorney and gave her a lot of information (the job she should have done) and now she sends me this huge bill for her services. I don't feel I should have to pay all of it because I was not happy with her services. Do I have any recourse?

This guy I know just lost his license for several years for his 3rd DWI. He's still driving and he still gets very drunk. I would like to report him to his probation officer but don't know how to do it. I'm afraid he's going to hurt someone. Does anyone know how I can find out who his probation officer is?

By law, can he give me the ticket without being right behind me and without the speedometer? He gave me the ticket with his "own judgement"...can I fight this case in court? I already plea NOT guilty. I will be glad if someone can help me with that!!

You can shoot at them, you can build walls, you can degrade them, you can write lies about them, you can do what ever you want, but at the end, there is absolutely nothing you can do to stop them from looking for a better life and that my friends is the fact. THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO TO STOP THEM FROM COMING AND MOVING NEXT DOOR TO YOU!!!!

Medic gets a year in prison in Iraqi's death.

CAMP PENDLETON, Calif - A U.S. medic who helped kidnap an innocent Iraqi man later killed execution-style by a republican loving American squad was sentenced to 10 years in prison on Friday, but will end up serving a year under a plea deal.

Military Judge Col. Steven Folsom gave the sentence after Petty Officer Melson Bacos, 21, said his patrol leader's anger at the release of a suspected "terrorist" from Baghdad's Abu Ghraib prison prompted the murder of the man's neighbor.

Bacos agreed to a plea deal earlier on Friday in which he agreed to squeal in exchange for a lesser sentence.

The judge appeared surprised to learn the plea deal set a year limit on the sentence and also nullified his earlier sentencing that called for a dishonorable discharge. The military man said he did it for his country and knows the American people are proud of his actions. He is waiting for a call from the President and hopes to be pardoned.

I have paid £525.00 to a Canadian woman for some figurines. The money was paid into her bank in Montreal 10 days ago. We had lots of communication prior to payment and I thought she was a genuine person. I now discover to my dismay that she has not sent the parcel, the information about the parcel was lies and everything relating to this transaction was lies and deceit. She now has my money and I have no items. I've phoned the woman in Canada and she denied that she was the person to whom I've been e-mailing and who received my money. She said that the woman in question had moved to British Colombia and had used someone else's name in all her e-mails and to receive my money via the Bank of Montreal. Could someone please give me some guidance on how I go about reporting this woman to the Canadian Authorities and trying to get my money back. I don't have a Credit Card; I used my Switch Card, which is a direct payment from my bank account. I need urgent advice please. Thank you
