how can you get a work permit for USA? i already have a 10 year - tourist&business visa.?

The Visa status could not be changed easy. It would be a long & complicated proccess with the INS & you will need a sponsor, an employer that needs your service, a good INS Lawyer & long time to wait.

Your ten-year visa doesn't mean you can stay in the US for ten years!!! It means you can travel there for short tourist or business trips over the course of ten years without any further formalities.
