If u look at the bottom of this page u will find versions in yahoo answers in nearly all languages in the world, why there is no Arabic one, while Arab speakers r lot more than thai or hong kong
They made a special version even for Hong kong & taiwan(no offense) so why yahoo dont make a version from answers in Arabic ???!!! isnt that considered discrimination against Arabs ?i

You can always ask Yahoo! to add an Arabic version :) http://messages.answers.yahoo.com/answers/forumview?bn=SEA-YahooAnswers

Did you notice all the links at the bottom of the page are for country specific pages, NOT language specific pages? Perhaps you should ask how many Arabic speaking countries have enough Yahoo users to be worth the effort.

Yes, it is discriminating. If they do not have an Arabic version, they should.

Or the excuse may be that it is one of the least commonly taught languages (like Swahili and Portuguese, Cherokee, Pennsylvania Dutch), and they focus on versions of the main languages.

In that case, there's no discrimination

Gez, settle down, Azez. Just contact Yahoo & they'll take care of it. They probably base it on who is using Yahoo Answers the most.
