I.e if you are from another country living in Britian and we went to war would you be in our frontlines wits us or would you abstain from fighting for the country in which you like to live in?

If you choose to live in another country and you aren't just passing by for work or something like that, that is your country now and you have the duty to defend it.

Your choice not to fight may be your right, but has to be on moral grounds, not politic ones. If you object you have to object everywhere, in your new country like in your country of birth.

Living in Britain does not require yu to fight a war which may be unjust. What of foreigners even original Britishers dislike war and many oppose on the streets.

im in a similar situation really.
If I MADE a choice to live somewhere i would become a citizen and commit myself to that country. i wont remain a foreigner

Honestly, I'd run for my life. (thank goodness i'm not living in Britain, so i don't have to be politically-correct)
