I went on a tour to Spain with my Spanish teacher. She bought all of us alcohol and we got drunk. Some of us were under 18 but I think the drinking age is 16. Also, I saw some pics she posed for in which two boys from another group are kissing her on the cheeks and she is grabbing her boob through her clothes. She then sent that pic and some other ones to my friend who is only 16. Has she committed a crime? Can she be fired? Is she a sexual predator?

Help!

To clarify, this was not a school sponsored event but was advertised on campus by her and she got paid for the trip too.

Sounds like you had no trouble with it at the time so why are you kicking up a fuss now. I personally dont buy your story but if it is true then your teacher is out of line particularly with the picture issue so she deserves what she's got coming.

Don't know if she can be fired, but she's done something very wrong as a teacher and as an adult. She may not be sexual predator per say, but I would suggest you report to your parent(s) and/or law enforcement. She shouldn't get away with that.

She can be fired. She might eb considered a sexual deviant, but thepart about the alcohol isn't illegal since it happened in another country where it is legal.

i would have those pics sent to the administration... even though it might be legal to drink there, because this is a school sponsored function, usually school codes apply... the purchase of the alcohol was the first violation already...

You can be certain she is a sexual predator. Her behavior was despicable and should be reported to the authorities. She is a very bad influence on students under her care. Please take some action on this!!! You can save future students from her unsavory behavior.

She is certainly riding the red line, and I don't believe that any "adult" as morally challenged as she is should be a guide for teens!! Her conduct must be reviewed by the school board - proof is needed!

Put it down to experience, but if she persists with either you or any of your friends then you should 'shop' the hussy.
