"The president of a temporary-labor contracting company operating in Ohio and Tennessee and two other people associated with the company pleaded guilty to federal charges of conspiring to send hundreds of illegal immigrants to work for an air cargo business, federal prosecutors and immigration officials said. As part of his plea, Maximino Garcia, 43, president of the Garcia Labor Company, agreed to forfeit $12 million in proceeds, including an office building in Wilmington, Ohio. Also pleading guilty were Dominga McCarroll, 53, Mr. Garcia’s sister and a former vice president of the company, and Gina Luciano, 40, director of human relations. Mr. Garcia admitted that he had sent more than 400 illegal immigrants to work loading cargo at ABX Air in Wilmington under contracts spanning five years."

I'am glad he is sighning it, but at the same time I fell he has a wild card up his sleeve. I just don't see him giving up on slave labor... errrr... I mean illegal immigration that easy.

I just wrote a question and some answers on Yahoo forum. I made quite a few typing errors, When I hit spell checker it said I had no misspelled word. I did catch them , myself! Why doesn't spell checker work on Yahoo? I alwys notice the grammar on here, and the spelling, maybe the people do use it, the mistakes are not caught by spell checker?
In putting this quetion in I misspelled , 3 words and again it said no misspelled words!

I got the ticket for running a stop sign, and I am protesting it. When I went to the court the judge told me that the officer was in the hospital due to accident, and he gave me one continuence and let me pick the date during the next 45 days. I thought if the officer does not show, then I am free to go. Does anyone know how many continuence the judge can issue if the officer does not show?

Does a hateful speech made by a Democrat or Republican sway your vote? If they yell and scream and call the other oponent all kind of names, Do you tend to believe them? Or do you try to find out if they are telling the truth? Do you Look at their policys? Do you vote a particular party because your parents or friends voted that way? Do you have blinders on when you vote?Please tell the truth, are you stuck in a rut and vote just because you have always voted that way? I could go on and on, but this seems to be enough on that subject!

Since there is no random chance involved in RPS as both contestants are making a choice and their choice directly gives the result, is RPS considered a game of chance by legal definitions? Would wagering on RPS be considered gambling by legal definitions.

The divorce is not final...no custody agreements have been set....he was the custodial parent...she came to "visit" and took off with the baby across state lines...police were called...they can't help..she said she'd bring the baby back @ the end of the month....now she's saying she's not bringing her back...other than contacting the lawyer..what are our other options....she is military....we are a much more stable home for the baby and she knows it...she's just trying to be spiteful...

Nobody denies that Foley is a perverted dirt bag. I dont understand how liberals talk out of both sides of their mouth. They fund and defend the rights of NAMBLA.
Doubt this? Read what the Associated Press has to say. How can an organiziation that publically admits to pedophilia be defended by liberals? Does this make sense?
Also, I realize that not ALL Democrats support this. Im not painting all Democrats as pedophiles so dont make that connection with Conservatives.

My ex quit his job 2 years ago and isn't in compliance with judge's order to provide insurance for the kids. Yet he gets a credit on child support for doing it. I now am providing the insurance and would like to recoup these costs as it isn't my legal responsibility.
