It Depends on the particular states criminal laws and their exact text however in most states the way the statutes are worded NO it would not be rape it would however still be a sexual assault such as sexual abuse,sexual misconduct,etc every states laws are different regards to wording...

In other words,will there be any available reasonable grounds for establishing rape in a Law court should your neighbour have her way with you? Yes. All aspects of the principles of law have been evolving portraying the property of dynamism as the society develops. As far as there is no consent, there is rape irrespective of who forces the other in terms of gender. Anyway, I think you should bother yourself with a way of preventing your so-called 'neighbour' from causing a perpetual harm on you than ravaging on the legal conquences of an act you purpotedly would'nt pray to happen. Back in "common law" no, but now, yes! It is definatley possible for a man to file charges of rape against a woman. How truthful you are sounding though, I'm not so sure.

lol. Seriously, yes a woman can rape a man. If he doesn't want it, and she is possibly stronger than him or she forces herself on him, that is rape.
Some may not consider it rape because women don't have a penis. But that's not true!

Can't really happen. Considering evolution, it is always advantageous for males to copulate. They aren't the ones who have to bear consequences. It's great being a guy. As long as the girls are not diseased.
