no protective order

Indiana here also. I think a judge will issue an emergency protective order even if you don't have the money to do it. Sometimes they will bill you later, but if you don't pay the bill it goes against your credit and shows up on your credit report, that is if it is turned in.

Normally U gotta pay the fee before the order is issued at least that's how it is here in Ct.I have no idea what would happen maybe a fine imposed on the person.Good Luck
