I read in the paper that a couple was being arraigned in June, but then heard nothing more about when the trial would be. How does one find out a trial date. I would like to attend the trial if possible, but don't know how to begin to find out about it.

The easiest way is to go to the Court Clerks office. Ask them for the court dockett information on whoever committed the crime. They will give you time and date of the trial. It's all considered public information, so they must provide it whenever someone asks for it.

Call the DA's office, or even the local police dept. They might or might not tell you....often they post this in the court house--if you can get in

Good luck.
