The courage to condemn and convict----your a joke----If that were true W'd be in the pokey right now along with Rove, Rummy, and Shooter. The only courage your party has is the courage to lie to the American people. It's a pattern, a well established one at that. It's o.k. to be a democrat in denial--it's one of the rights your party hasn't taken away yet. It's alright to be led around with a leash and spoonfed cherrypicked information -- ignorance afterall, is a human trait. If your crying like this now, what are you gonna do when all your heroes are under inditement come the new year? Bye I gotta go inform some other dummy.

Give me a break. The man has been sniffing sixteen year old butts for how many years now? The "courage to condemn" came after the whole thing came out (no pun intended). Now, at this late date Hastert and all of the others who chose to look the other way are now scrambling to look like they're doing something. Bull.
You want to make this a Republican vs Democrat issue but no matter how you look at it, it's an issue that demonstrates that when it comes to politics the truth doesn't matter, the "spin" does. You can try all you lke to spin this in a positive light by trying to prop up and spotlight the "reaction" to this travesty without acknowledging that this man is a pedophile and fellow Republicans knew of his "interest" in young boys and did nothing about it for years.
You talk about Dems circling the wagons but what is it you're trying to do now by trying to deflect this and make it about the Democrats. This is about a pedophile who happens to be a Republican and whose fellow Republicans were complicit in hiding this because of the kind of negative attention this would bring - exactly what's happening now.
