Mark Foley is a six-term Republican from Florida. That means he's served six-terms already and was running again in November. Everyone is talking about him because he resigned his position in the House due to the fact that E-mails of a pedophile-type persuasion were sent from him to his under-age pages(high school interns working for him). Republicans in the house knew of his problems with pedophilia years ago and they did nothing to intervene. His problem has links to a cover-up conspiracy in the republican party that is unfolding as we speak and can only get worse.

He is a nobody GOP House Rep out of Florida who had/has the hots for young (16 yo) boys. He is an idiot. He is neurotic. He needs medical attention. He is not, however, the iceberg that is going to being down the GOP in November. That will rise of fall on local issues (much the pity).
