I'm researching African Dwarf Frogs and I keep finding conflicting websites. Almost all the sites I've been to contradict one another.

So my question is this:

Can I mix African Dwarf Frogs with any species of fish or should I keep them in their own tank?

I was thinking about expanding when it comes to getting new aquariums in my place and I was thinking maybe African Dwarf Frogs.

So I'm researching and I found a site that said you can mix goldies and frogs together....is this advisable?

I know everything there is to know on tropicals, but with goldfish I'm a wreck. PLEASE HELP!!!!

I'm getting some fancy goldfish, but I need to know which are easiest and smallest, because the tank won't be that big, and I've never owned goldfish.

And will a goldfish grow to their surroundings? Like if they were in a bowl, would they grow to only like two inches, or would they keep on growing until they are too big for their bowl? Help?

So, out of all fancy goldfish, like Ryukin, and Comet, and Bubble eye, and Oranda, and Black Moor, and all those, which is smallest and easiest? And please give me a site? Answer my questions???

I have a Lyretail Molly. She has some white fluffy stuff on her. A bit of her tail is rotted, and it has some rips and tears on it. Her head has some white fluff on it, just like on some parts of her body. Her spine is slightly curved. I have already seperated her from the other fish. What is wrong with her?

Hi, I'm breeding my betta fish. The male has built a bubble nest and the female is gravid with eggs. She is also displaying light vertical bars (not as dark as the were the first time I introduced her 2 days ago). The first time I introduced them, the female seemed a lot more interested. Now instead of her following the male as he flares, male male chases her away all around the tank. He also hangs around his bubble nest a lot while he isn't chasing her. The femail wanders to the bubble nest only to be chases all around the tank. The temperature is 86 and I'm feeding flakes and blood worms 2-3 times a day. I kept the female inside a clear inverted jar in the tank before I released her and the male occassional came and flared at her through the glass, but she seemed to want to dart away.

Just a quick search on Google or Ask will help immensely. Also, go to "About.com" for info on setting up and maintaining a fresh OR saltwater aquarium.

Betta is pronounced bet-tah, not bay-tah.

Goldfish need cold water... 60-65 degrees.

Tropical fish need warm water.... 72-80 degrees, depending on the fish species.

What food will they eat? Do they need to be in a round bowl or is an aquarium OK. How much water? What water parameters are necessary? If you've had one, would you get another?

I have 1 beta in a small fish tank. How do you change it? Like, hoe do you get rid of all the poop? I don't have a filter on it. I can't drain the rocks cause all the poop won't go away.

I can't seem to get my fish tank to stop being cloudy, I've never had this problem before so I'm very aggrivated.
I've had the water tested...it's fine. I've used the instant clear stuff and it all most works, but then goes cloudy again.
It's a 10 gal tank, I'm starting to think that maybe I should buy a bigger filter for a 20 gal tank.
I just added new fish and the tank was cloudy before I got them.
All this fish are happy, swimming and feeding very well.
No Goldfish, just 1 Simease Fighting Fish (Male) 2 Sucker Fish, 2 Cat Fish, 2 Tiger Fish, 2 Sharks and 2 Red Tailed Barbs.
My 1 Barb is nurotic...he acts like he's on Speed!..LOL

I am getting 55 gallon aquarium. I just bought a 10 gallon that I have as a freshwater. I've had it a week and I really screwed up...but the fish are doing fine, so I am feeling a little more confident. I just basically want to know which kind of aquarium is easier to care for, and if I was to go with a saltwater aquarium, how much do nice looking fish and supplied cost monthly? Also, how much work goes into a salt water aquarium compared to freshwater?

Right now I have gouramis. I had 2, but 1 died yesterday. I've only had them for about a month. I'm not sure what happened, but I want easier fish to take care of next time. I've heard guppies are fairly easy to take care of, and they are also easy to breed. Is there anything I should know before I get guppies?
