Yes. There are some fishes, which can breathe in air i.e. the lungfish.
What is this conspiracy you are talking about? fishy huh??

Of course, without water they wouldn't be able to circulate oxygen through their bodies. The weight of the air would collapse their gills and they would suffocate.

There is oxygen gas dissolved in the water.
Their gills extract this oxygen gas out of the water and return CO2 just as our lungs do.SO WATER JUST SATISFIES THE NEED OF O2 ..NO O2 IN WATER NO FISHY FAVOURITE :p but yea that cant be..in that case we wud be suffring too:P!!

Do humans need to breathe? Do birds need wings to fly? Does a rocket need fuel to soar off? Does your computer work without electricity?
OF COURSE FISH NEED WATER!!!
Without water, they couldn't move. Without water, they couldn't breathe properly (the most, for long, I guess) Without water, fish couldn't.... poop... everywhere....
So you see? Fish need water. When they are out on land, about to be sold, they are dead (and yummy! hmmmm....)
Fish need water. Period.
