I was thinking about expanding when it comes to getting new aquariums in my place and I was thinking maybe African Dwarf Frogs.
So I'm researching and I found a site that said you can mix goldies and frogs together....is this advisable?

I know about goldies and the ammonia. That was why I was so confused by this one site's claim that you can mix the two. It just seems as if you're setting up Mr. Frog up for some hard times.

No.
There's a few reasons.
As someone else stated, Goldfish are considered to be the dirtiest (or one of the dirtiest) fish species. They quickly contaminate a tank with high levels of ammonia from their waste. The filtration needed to keep a tank with Goldfish in it clean would create a current that the African Dwarf Frog would not like (and is not used to).
Also, Goldfish and African Dwarf Frogs require different water temperatures. African Dwarf Frogs are sensitive to cold, whereas Goldfish thrive in cold water and dislike warmer (tropical) waters.
Finally, Goldfish will pick on the smaller African Dwarf Frog so long as they are larger. Goldfish will pick on just about anything that's smaller than they are---they are not as peaceful as people lead you to believe.
Given the above...no, it's not adviseable to keep the two together.

I had a betta with a little frog, in a larger type tank with good filtration system. They did okay, even though bettas are notoriously and violently territorial. SO I'd assume laid back goldies wouldn't be a problem. The problem was the frog threw off the Ph of the water, and I couldn't keep it clean enough. Sadly, and worst of all, froggy died torn to bits after being sucked into the filter. So, I would say they can mix behaviorally, but froggy may endanger the safety of the fish (water issues), and froggy's safety may be endanger if your aquariums any good in the filtration department.

Goldfish are known plant eaters. Depending on the size of your goldfish, they can also end up terrorizing your frogs and eventually end up killing them. Also, ADF are to be kept in a shallow tank, not a very deep tank, as they are not very good swimmers. ADFs swim to the top of the tank in order to breath in air, they do not have gills and cannot breath underwater, so be sure that the tank is free of plants etc that may prohibit the ADFs from making their way to the top. The best size tank for ADFs is a 10 gallon or smaller, but you can put them in any tank that's not too deep. Also, the ADFs will be fine with the mystery snail.

No, Goldfish are omniverouse and frog legs would deffinetly be on the edible list.. Nothing of a small nature or tropical should be kept with goldies.

No......goldfish are considered to be dirty fish and they put off a lot of ammonia into the water. I would not suggest putting any other types of fish in with goldfish, frogs included........

Sure, you can mix these. Both are relatively peaceful, and you won't have to worry about one eating the other. Your main concern will be not to overcrowd your tank. Normally, you try not to exceed 1 inch of fish per every gallon of water in your aquarium. But with goldfish (whose only purpose seems to be eat and poop!), their waste can be more than other fish, so try having fewer fish than the recommended ratio. Unless, you're willing to change the water more often (weekly instead of monthly), then go ahead.
To answer your question more bluntly, no problem.

I personally don't like Goldfish much (not even as a feeder fish). They are just too dirty, and carry a lot of disease.
