I think it has something to do with the refraction of light. Care to explain?

How do you konw they have blurry vision when they are out of water? Have you ever been a fish? Maybe they have x-ray vision and we just don't know it yet. It's like how do we know dogs only see in black and white? Just because some scientists did some weird experiments and they didn't pick out the right colors. Until there is a machine that looks through different animals eyes and projects the image onto a monitor, I refuse to believe this nonsense!

It's just like if you went under water and you would have a blurry vision. They are used to living in water, and you live in air.

I don't know a lot about lights and refraction, I barely listen is science class. It might be because they are just used to water and when they come into air, they see differently and so the vision appears blurry. I really don't know, atleast I guessed!

You will have the same problem if you are under water. Water and air have different refractivity. Evolution takes care of the rest.

same reason you have blurred imaginative and prescient once you open your eyes under water, genuine? Your eyes are made to confirm in air and the fish's eyes are made to confirm in water. Come on - you have gotten figured that out your self!

Kenneth,
What proof do you offer that they actually do have a blurred view of what they see when out of water?

I know the answer, and from your question, I think you do too!
