my chihuaha, tequila- hes all white with dalmation ears- hiccups.. whenever he gets nervous or excited he hiccups it doesnt last incredibly long but he does it, is that normal?

my dog is a Lab Shar Pei mix, around 4 mounths. Starting 3 days ago he started throwing up and his poop is all runny and SICK! should i take him to the vet or wait to see if it will pass?

We have a 1 year old border collie female; we just got another puppy that is now 12 weeks old. The thing is if the puppy does something wrong the older dog thinks she is in trouble. Or when we are trying to train the puppy like sit or stay the older dog feels left out and gets upset and wants extra attention making it hard to focus on the puppy. I feel bad if I put her in her crate to train him because she looks at me like she feels left out.
I know we needed to give her extra attention, but the thing is the puppy is having hard time learning. Its really like monkey see monkey do. And if the older dog is not there he does not know what to do. What can I do that both dogs would benefit. There both very sweet and good tempered. There like my kids.

I am here with her all day, take her out , play with her, and she still bites me. I know she is only playing , I don't want to hit her. I tell her firmly "NO" My b/f is very angry because she bites me and it is causing alot of probs. I can't be mean to her.. it is not in my nature to be mean to anybody or anything> tips on calming her down? that don't involve taking to trainer.. she is causing alot of stress and strife in my life

but my parents say I can't. We live in a medium sized condo, and of course they let us have pets.
My mom says that they will attract bugs. Will they attract bugs? She also says that they will cost too much. I am willing to pay about $500 myself, which I hope will be about or more than half of the total cost. I also did my research and it said the average maltese will eat about $20-30 of food per month.
It also said that it is active indoors, and only needs about 20 minutes of outdoor time everyday.
One major concern is that it might get lonely. I am at school from 7:15 to around 4:00, Monday to Friday. My father can't take care of a dog. My mom has work from 9:00 to 5:00 on Tuesdays and Fridays. I can take the dog for a walk at a park right accross the street everyday, though. And I really love dogs, so I will try my best to give all of my affection to him/her.
Should this convince my mom, and is all of this info true?

What does it take for an owner to be annoying? I dropped off my baby at the vet this morning (neuter and shots) and they told me I could call at lunch to check on him. Then I stopped by after work to see how he was doing (he has to stay overnight :( ). I have a tonne of questions and worries but don't want to be annoying. At what point does an owner become annoying?

They're are both about 10lbs each and devoured maybe 6 pieces of uncooked bacon out of the garbarge. I'm pretty sure the bacon had gone bad..only by a day or two but they ate all of it..are they going to die?! sick maybe? or just poop it out the natural way?

about an hour ago my dog was hit my a car. we brought him to the hospital. he has to say over night but he should be ok. the car that hit him didn't even come to our door and tell us what happened. my sister saw it but she is too young to think of looking at the cars plate numbers. so if you hit a dog/cat or any animal that was someones pet and did not tell them (hit and run) would you feel guilty/bad about it. im asking cause i want to know if some people are actually compassionate. personally i hope who ever hit him is feeling really horrible. if they came to the door and just told us what happened i wouldn't be as mad. ******* asshole (sorry) im still shaking and feel like im gonna throw up over what happened.

well my chihuahua weights 3 pounds, she is 1 year 6 months old. Ever since, shes had problems where she chokes, breathing problems, Panting bad, her body shakes, like shes choking. What is wrong with her? My other dog doesnt do this, nor have i seen it normal.

its me again.
I just want everything to go perfectly when i get this pup.

I have a list of items that i will bring when we go on this trek to pick up our Weimaraner.
1. Empty gallon of water. (So breeder can fill it)
Crate.
Old towels. (In crate)
Paper towels. (In case of accident)
(A few in a watery plastic bag)
2 toys
color & leash
(if need to go out, stop at an area where noone would walk their dog usually. Back roads, etc.)


Am I missing anything?

Well I have a three year old english springer spaniel, he is very playfull and overall a very good playmate to my two year old, however whenever he gets upset he goes under the bed and if you walk by or call him he'll start growling. Also he is always trying or steling food from the table. I love him but sometimes he acts like an idiot like I never feed him , always acting hungry or begging when in reallity he eats a good amount . What should I do to correct this?
