I have two dogs, a 4 year old and a 5 month old Rottweiler, both are agressive chewers, and I can not find anything that lasts.

What's the best way to get started? I haven't had him that long so I'm not sure when he has to go outside. He's not lifting his
leg - he just sort of sqirts when he's ready to go. After he eats
or drinks how long should I wait before I take him outside?

i would not have given my dog unperscrubed medican io love my dog im not trying 2 kill him i toke him 2 the vet and they said 2 give him the meication and it should get better but if not 2 bring him back nd he would have 2 stay there 4 about 2 days :( lately we have been feeding him rice and he has been drinking either cold water or gateraid (soundscrazy but they told use 2)

His leg got kicked really hard yesterday by our neibors kid. Only 1 of his legs got kicked, yes he was limping. Today I went to check on him and BOTH of his legs were dragging behind him when I called him to me. What do u think I can do?? Our vet's office is closed so dont tell me to go to the vet's office.

loudly as you can imagine very annoying and ear splitting does anyone know any techniques to stop her also its the same when there's a knock at the door she goes mad with barking i need to get this sorted as my fiancee is just bout to have our second child and it wont be nice for baby to hear that when visitors knock the door,she is good with usual voice commands but nothing will stop her barking and also when the person comes into the flat she goes mental runnin round whining just really over the top any advice would be great,but please no pathetic answers necessary thanks

Okay so my sister recently moved to Florida in the summer leaving behind her dog; a German Shepard / Collie Mix named Todd, with our family and my dog Mimi a Pug/? mix. (im 15 shes 17) We've had Todd for i believe 8 years and Mimi for 7, we got them both when they were around 3 or 4 months and they have always lived at the smae place that I am still at in Connecticut.


My dilema is that recently my sister told me that when she comes next month she wants to take her dog with her but she feels that he would get to homesick if he were to go by himself. SoOoOo she asked if she could take my dog. I of course Bluntly told her no F***'in way. And now i feel bad. i want her to be happy because she's so far away but at the same time i dont want to give up my dog.... let alone hers...

What should I do??

I have three dogs but i'm stuck on identifying the breed of one of them she's 3 years old but I figured by looking at her she's a cross breed but I don't know what she's crossed with.

My 5 month old boxer ***** constantly barks and howls when we leave her in the kitchen at night along with our other boxer (who she gets on fine with).

We have just recently got her and I know that we shouldn't give her the attention she is wanting when she starts her behaviour.

We did not have this problem with our other boxer. Can anyone help?

I have a highly active border who despite trying since she was tiny, still won't be brushed. She attacks the brush every time. I've tried grooming mitts too but get the same reaction.

My dog will be 9 this summer I love him dearly but he has been being very aggressive lately. It just started, last week my son was tugging at his hair and he snapped and almost bit him, I understand my son shouldn't have been tugging at his hair but he use to do it all the time and the dog never seemed to mind. Well today I was cleaning the house and the both my dogs were acting up playing I yelled at the dogs and Guss the one who snapped at my son now snapped at me. I was afraid he would have bitten me, I am sad because I have had the dog for so long and now he is starting to become aggressive. If I find him a new home who's to say he might bit that second owner? So what I need help answering is... Is it time to take into consideration that he should be euthanasia? Please no harse comments I am looking soleing for how you feel If you were in my shoes..

She was just spayed yesterday and I was alarmed when I heard this from a co-worker. I called the vet and she said she should be fine - so long she's not exercising vigorously or anything like that. However, I'm not entirely convinced. Can anyone help me out?

help train a puppy? I was thing about getting another dog cause mine is getting old but she is so well behaved that i thought maybe if i got another puppy now she could pay a good role in training it! Think that is possible

My pup has been throwing up for a month. We've been to the vet 3 times regarding this matter. I've switched his food to one that is less rich for him. I spaced his feeding times out. I'm currently giving him I/D Diet canned food prescribed by the vet. He is only to have this for the next week. Still about every other day, he is still throwing up. I'm wondering if mixing some oatmeal with is food would help. By the way, they tested his fecal, poked around his tummy and said everything is fine. Any suggestions?

Today, I found a litter of stray puppies, their mom is so thin and looks like she is going to die, so I am going to try my best to find homes for these 5 puppies.
I took one home and took it to the vets straight away, she told me he is about 5 weeks old, I bought a milk replacement (it is a powder you mix with warm water) I tried to feed this through a bottle. He is not taking the milk from the bottle, but he is not taking it from a shallow plate either. Shall I give him normal milk? Or water? WHAT SHALL I GIVE HIM TO DRINK? AND HOW SHALL I GIVE IT? Please help, I am afraid he might dehydrate! Please! I am a first time owner.
