I don't have any first hand experiance with Dogo's but I do dobermans. By looking at the Dogo's phisical build they look more geared for power rather than speed and endurance. I think they would love long jogs but don't expect Doberman performance. Dobermans in large part are built for speed.

Yes, this is a very muscular breed that craves exercise and attention. More information below.

This breed will do okay in an apartment if it is sufficiently exercised and does best with at least an average-sized yard. Be sure to bring the Dogo inside when temperatures drop below freezing.

They can jog alot longer distance than you, they are a sporting breed, they run hogs all night, a couple of miles or 10 aint going to hurt them, just make sure you stop for water every once in a while. And they were bred in Argentina, so they will stand the heat better than a doberman from Germany.

Not really. They are more of a hunting dog, and pretty socky. The resemble alot of a pitt, and have short snouts which would probably not help with breathing. But dobermans are extremly athletic. They are built to withstand alot of running if healthy. and are very sleek, slender and strong, so they can do tons of running, especaily running.

But heres a picture of a dogo i found on the Internet, you can see how stocky they are, and how short the snout is, which would cause breathing problems:

And then a Doberman, which is sleeker and able to withstand running
