Did you know that grapes are toxic to dogs? I heard that people are feeding their dogs grapes. Grapes and raisins can be poisonous to dogs if fed too many.

My chihuahua wasn't well, to help prevent hypoglycemia, we were recommended to give it Pedialyte (heard that before) or Gatorade, preferably the orange or red flavors.
Has anyone else ever heard of that?
PS I didnt give it th Gatorade, it was just too weird.

Well i had just got home and went to the bathroom and was getting ready for bed and Blaze(a mle dog nailed Baby Sissie(a female). She screamed out and i ran to pick her up and discovered this. I am still in shock. Will Blaze be a dad or will Baby Sissy be safe? I know it is spring time but this is really rediculious. They are finally apart but she is still moaning. Will they try again? Thinking about it all i can do is breath for her.

I have a 16 pound 3 and a half year mini-schnauzer and I fed her 3 grapes 3/14/07 around 3 o'clock. I decided to check if grapes aren't good for some reason (must have been a sign). I wanted to know how worried I should be. If she doesn't throw up or act weird she would be fine right? it's been about 7 hours since the first one. If she does throw up, doesn't eat or has diarrhea, should I call poison control or rush her to the vet? I couldn't live with myself knowing I caused my dog to die.

thanks guys

He doesn't play rough, but he bites pretty hard. I've tried to hold his mussle toward his chest gently and say "no biting", but he thinks i'm playing with him, so he'll begin to play with my hands, jump on my hands and bite my hands harder. I've tried to stop playing with him for a while when he starts to bite, but that doesn't seem to help wither. Almost all of the techniques I've tried, he thinks it's a game and continues to play with my hands instead of listening. Any suggestions?

I have heard horror stories about Petsmart. WHERE I WORK. I AM A BATHER. We are not inexperienced. We groom our own dogs there. We have pets. Are pets are not spoiled enough to NOT get groomed their. What is everyone elses problem. If your child pitched a fit getting his or her haircut, wouldnt you just say " now now little johnny, life sucks, you need a haircut?" without using those exact words, you get my point? You wouldnt go " HOW DARE YOU UPSET ME LITTLE WITTLE BABY JOHNNY" No you wouldnt. You wouldnt sue the place saying they caused your child trauma from getting his/her haircut. So why do it with your animals. Of course, no animal will like a strange place with all kinds of smells. OHHHHHHHHHHH PEOPLE GET OVER YOURSELVES.

There have been a large group of vicious dogs running loose in our hood and everybody's scared to walk out to their cars and even to take out the trash! we've had animal control come out but the little Fers keep getting away from them and comin back to terrorize us, well my next door neighbor set out a bowl of antifreeze to kill them! I saw him and heard him talking to his wife while he was doing it..Should i squeal or mind my own bees wax?

I have a mini pin by the name of Chloe. She has quite a habit of jumping up and down and barking, chasing our am staffy and picking on our Yorky. She is all over the place and quite and handfull when you are trying to walk and she is all over your feet. She doesn't stop. I know mini pins are high strung but she is extremely different from my other mini. Is this normal and is there anyway to get her to calm down?

Just a quick note, she is:
Spayed
2.5 years old
12 lbs
