No, Blaze will not be the dad. Well depending on when he was neutered. If it has been 6 weeks or longer he will not make any babies. It it has been earlier he may still make babies.
Here are a couple of links that may help you:

you ought to surely get a woman. women persons will spar slightly to be the pinnacle gal yet 2 men will make existence confusing as they're going to combat very difficult to be the Alpha canines. I had 2 black lab brothers (the sweetest breed ever) who have been fixed and appeared to get alongside nice---whilst they weren't struggling with for my interest. they might actually bloody one yet another. It become undesirable. I enjoyed them the two plenty and paid staggering equivalent interest to each of them even though it did no longer remember. The struggling with persevered. That become an prolonged time in the past and now I certainly have 2 women persons and a million male and that's a extra useful mixture. canines are %. animals and in a %. there must be a frontrunner (the Alpha). Technically i'm located using fact the Alpha or...the boss of every person! yet there continues to be the pecking order from suitable to backside. for the reason which you have already got a male and a woman they're going to probably act extra like the "mothers and dads" of your new pup. this might happen, of path, after the "attending to be attentive to you era". once you first deliver your pup abode your canines may well be envious and suspicious of the hot addition. this would proceed for it sluggish so be arranged to watch for them to heat as much as the hot infant. that's a great theory to maintain the pup cut loose the huge canines once you're no longer abode till you're particular previous a shadow of a doubt they gained't injury it. In time they're going to settle for that the pup is now portion of your %. and that they're going to cope with it with know. good success!

No, if he's fixed they won't have puppies. He doesn't even havy any balls anymore, right? But I had a similar experience with my dog the other day. I was walking him and he tried to mount a random she-poodle. It startled me because I thought that fixing a male dog meant that he would no longer have those...uhh...urges.

If your male is fixed, no he can't do anything !! Dogs that are fixed will still hump on another dog but that is not sexual, its dominance ! he is wanting to be the top dog or the boss ! they could get into a fight ! best keep them apart !!

no, he can't make puppy's anymore. But do you have your female fixed? If not, he still can smell when she's in heat and that will drive just as crazy as if he wasn't fixed but no puppies.
