Give the dog PLENTY OF WATER to drink and let it rest. In the meantime arrange a plan to see a vet in case the dog starts to show ill effects from the cleaner [restlessness/ vomiting etc.]
Hope all goes well.

call the poison control center immediately. There is a home emetic you can make but i dont know if Mr Clean is one of those products you should not throw up like bleach is a no no

Make her drink hydrogen peroxide until she throws up. It is safe to do and have been told by many vets to do this when my dog has eaten things he shouldn't have. It will foam in their stomachs making them throw up. If she wont drink it herself use a straw and put it into her mouth. No need to go to a vet when this is pretty much all they will do to make her throw it back up. Good luck.

I would call the nearest vet and see what she says. Maybe there's something you can give her to make her vomit it back up? But then in some cases, vomiting might make it worse. Please call your nearest vet!! You mentioned she's laying down, so that's kinda worrying me.

Take her to the animal hospital now. It may not have been enough to harm the dog but why take chances.
