Highly unlikely but possible. In very rare cases the vet doing the spay will "miss a part" and this can cause the dog to come into heat again.
Either way the dog needs to be seen by a vet. She could also be suffering a UTI which will need treatment.

Here in Turkey, vets will do a 'half spay'. They remove only the womb apparently, the ovaries are left. My vets said the reason was to keep the hormones flowing and prevent bone desease in later life. My kitten was spayed a couple of weeks ago so I will know by the summer if everything is ok.

When you have any animal,,,,( dog, cat, etc) spayed,,,,they will not bleed as they once did when they use to became in heat, yet they will still go thru some emotions to make themselves think they are in heat,,,,,dont worry,,after all the hormones settle down you won't see this behavior.. Patience,,,,,it will stop !!

If you spayed your female dog while she was in heat she will (or may not) still have her period for awhile. I know mine did.

they can "act in heat", hump stuff, be more aggrissive sometimes. but she should NOT bleed! if shes bleeding, get her beck to the vet. i agree w/a previous note, they can "miss a spot". which may cause her to bleed. if so, you may wish to seek another vet. a more carefule one.
healthy dog to you!
