He is only 3 years old. he likes to chase my other dog fudge and they sometimes have play fightes which sometimes get out of hand. He likes to chase his tail around the room. He has also never stopped wagging his tail apart from when he goes to sleep.

This is my 1st x-mas w/o Goldie who I had 4 15 yrs! I miss her so much & have her ashes in my house & her collar in my room next to my pillow. I also have a new 5 mo old pup that I rescued 3 months ago. I want to be happy 4 the pup but I don't know how to get through this holiday season cause my step-dad died in Feb the day after his b-day from cancer that he had 4 14 mo then Goldie my baby died in May of liver & splean cancer. This is the 1st x-mas w/o either 1 & I miss them both! I don't know if I should by them both something. But @ the same time I don't want 2 short change my 5 mo old pup either. I don't know what 2 do! It's like everything is hitting me all @ once & I don't know if I can handle it! My husband doesn't know how I feel cause WE don't talk anymore WE might be getting a divorce! I can't have children so my pets r my children I just didn't think it would hit me this hard! I normally keep everything bottled inside & I'm trying but not sure that I can this time!! HELP!!

We got missy when she was 2 months old and she bites alot. She bites me and my partner whenever and whatever we are doing and chews throw power cords and phone lines all the time no matter whether we are being nice or telling her off.

She just keeps nipping.

She has never even attempted to bite my children who are 3 and 5 and they play for hours together. she is extremelly good with them. she just keeps biting me and my parter and all the cables in the house. does anyone know why she does this or how to stop it. Its also not real bites, they dont hurt much at all and they have never peirced the skin but i dont know what damgae she could do in a year if she keeps this up. Thanks for your time.:-)

I had Goldie for 15 yrs & still miss her!! She was 16 when she died of splean & liver cancer (I never knew she had it) & her hind legs were paralized. I had to put her down. I didn't want her to suffer. I now have a 5 mo old pup choc lab that reminds me of Goldie. Do u think Goldie minds? I will love Goldie till the day I die probably longer but Smokey my new pup I love a different way & she does alot of the things Goldie used to the same way! Is it wrong for me to love the pup & still love Goldie? If I had to chose between either I would choose to have Goldie back! I know I can't so Smokey is the next best thing. I waited 4 mo then picked up Smokey from the street (literaly Next door neighbor abonded her.) DO u think Goldie is mad @ me 4 having the pup? I still cry myself 2 sleep some night over Goldie & Smokey always curls right up to my side to sleep just like Goldie did when she was alive. Why Do I feel like I'm dishonoring Goldie memory by loving Smokey?

My Bully ***** went for a poo in the garden a couple of days ago as I'm toilet training my other one I was out there. She had a bit of a mushy but normalish poo then she was walking around straining quite a bit she squeesed out some liquid when I looked it seemed a bit bloody. I wiped her bum coz it had ran down her. I kept an eye on her and about an hour later she had another mormal poo. I checked it for blood but no sign.
Well last night she pood on my mums pillow think she got caught short it wasn't much but when I looked it had a bloody tinge to it.
She does eat all sorts of crap we try and keep the place hazard free from her coz we know what bully's are like but she soo finds stuff E.g eating my other dogs food bowl and chewing up our underware.
I'm taking her to the vet later on today but just wanted a bit of advise on what it could be. I think it could be thet something is scratching the inside of her bowl when she's trying to poo.

An 8-lb. mixed dog me and my boyfriend got from the pound died at only about 6 months old. It was very sudden, and 6 days after she was spayed. We didn't get a necropsy b/c my boyfriend didn't want her "cut up," which I don't understand at all being a medical student. I should know what this is, but it could be many things. I wasn't there, but my boyfriend heard her caugh at night and found her under the bed. She then threw up, and died. He's CPR-trained and swabbed her throat: she had a clear airway as far down as detectable. We found mice in the house a few weeks later, but this seems too sudden for something contageous. She threw up every now and then, but the vet told us not to worry b/c puppies do that. She had odd hiccups he said not to worry about that lasted ~15 min's and seemed to come from deep down. Maybe it was BOTH problems from the surgery and weak internal structures genetically? It sounds like our vet was bad, but he was great- or seems great. I can't stop wondering....

I just got my 15 week old Yorkie 1 week ago...have been having a difficult time potty training him. He's been having runny stools, with occasional blood--its liquidy. He tries to push more out and droplets of blood come out after he initially goes potty. For 1 day, he barely ate or drank. The next morning and rest of the day he ate like he normally has been. Also, he's been dragging his butt on the floor, like maybe he has worms. The papers I have on him say that about a month ago he got shots/medicine for worms. I have not changed his diet at all and as far as I know he has not eaten anything hes not supposed to. Is this something the vet should check out? I though maybe at first he had runny poop from being nervous coming to a new home...but the blood worries me. Have not had a puppy before, so I dont know what to expect/what is normal or what will pass...any suggestions??

I'm bringing home a border collie puppy relatively soon, and I was wondering if it would be a tremendously bad idea to leave the puppy inside a pen for a few hours while I'm at work and my kids are at school. This won't last long, as my kids will soon be getting out of school for Christmas holidays. If I do have to resort to this, should I leave anything as liner (the floor is tile)? What type of toys should I leave?
