petfinder.com will show you pets in your area.

A local petshop or shelther can also get you in touch with someone who may be looking for homes for toy breed dogs, such as a private association who finds unwanted pets new homes.

If you're in the UK then it seems to be quite difficult to find Chihuahuas in rescue organisations & at the moment, the puppies are selling for quite exhorbitant amounts of money, other toy breeds & mixtures seem a little more reasonable. However here is a website that has details of general rescue, you may find someone suitable there:
http://www.dogpages.org.uk/

The UK Kennel Club has lots of information about getting a dog or puppy on its pages, it has a puppy register & also gives advice on where not to get a dog:
http://www.thekennelclub.org.uk/item/436

Other sites to try are:
http://www.champdogs.co.uk/guided/toy.html
Champdogs is generally used by breeders who also show their dogs. The area/location of the breeder is given on the pages. The link takes you to the toy dogs section - Chihuahua breeders & puppies are divided up into Smoothcoat & Longcoat.

Another good place is:
http://www.epupz.co.uk/search/puppies_for_sale.asp?breed=Chihuahua&area=all&st=1&Submit=Search+++
This site has loads of adverts & is searchable by area, though you will have to register with the site in order to get the contact details. Registration is free.

I'd also have a look on the Preloved website (www.preloved.co.uk) & adtrader (www.adtrader.co.uk).

Hope that this helps

there is not any such element as a toy collie. a lot of human beings communicate over with Shetland Sheepdogs as toy collies, yet they don't seem to be and are a registered breed many call a "Sheltie". you would be advertising mutts, so there is not any thank you to calculate what the heck the conventional public will pay. you will ought to computer screen your community paper and notice what others are inquiring for blended breed dogs and price them subsequently. sturdy success, they could be lovable or real humorous looking.
