Not yet - you begin weaning onto solid food by the end of the third week unless your b itch has had a large litter, in which case you may need to be supplementing, feeding half on, and half off. This won't be using solid food however. Only b itch replacer milk, bottle-feeding, or tube feeding. I seriously doubt mum can't provide enough food at the moment however and your puppies won't be able to take solid food yet. And when you start, you start with teaching them to lap, using goats milk which is cheaper than b itch replacer milk, and just as good. Once they can lap, you then start to mix in a good quality puppy food, using either warmed milk, or water and mixing it into a porridge. You gradually make it less moist until by 6 weeks, they should be coping with puppy food, with just a little water added.

Feeding schedule according to the age of the puppy:

First 8 weeks:
During the first 8 weeks only mother's milk should be given to the puppy. After 3 or 4 weeks some solid food should be given.

6-8 weeks:
You should feed your puppy 3-4 times a day. Nutritional needs of a puppy are different than an adult dog. Choose a proper puppy food to provide your puppy with all the required nutrients. Proteins, calcium and right amount should be provided along with meat. After 8 weeks:
Your puppy should be fed twice a day after 8 weeks.

3-6 months:
After 3 to 6 months your puppy will start teething. At this stage he may loose his appetite. You need to feed the puppy twice a day with nutritious food.

6 months to 1 year:
At this stage your puppy may look grown up but it is important to feed him puppy food even at this stage. Before switching from puppy food to normal food consult your vet.

8-9 months:
You can now feed your puppy once a day.

2 years:
If you own a smaller breed, you can switch him to adult food within a year's time, but larger breeds need to be fed puppy food till two years of age. Switching to adult food should be done with consultation from your vet.

Some feeding tips:
The same kind of food should be fed daily. Changes in food can cause upset stomach or diarrhea.
Feeding time should be the same everyday.
The bowls used for feeding should be clean.
Overfeeding should be avoided.
Frequently check your puppies weight and do the required adjustments in his diet after consulting a vet.
Add 4 parts of dry food to 1 part water while using dry food.

I started feeding my puppies at 4 weeks, twice a day, with whatever dry puppy food you're going to be feeding them when they get older. You need to moisten it with a little warm water, set it in the whelping box in a flat dish and help them eat. Give them about 15 mins. before taking it away - let the mom finish it. You can also start giving them water a few times a day at this time. The mom will now be starting the weaning process - when she's about done feeding them (usually at 6 weeks), you'll need to feed them 3 - 4 times per day and have water available.

Never milk, dogs are lactose intolerant.
Do check with your vet, pups should have dewclaws done early as well as checking for cleft pallets. They will direct you as to the best product for supplement. A normal female dog should be able to provide for the pups naturally. Make sure she is on the proper diet and correct amount of k cals for nursing.
Good luck.

I assume you are in india so startt weaning them after 7 days . Start with cerelac 1 . Start with small quantities feed them frequently , since they cant diggest too much at one go , add a dash of sugar it helps for bone development. This is from my experience.

Puppy owners should consult a vetenary doctor as to decide what, when and how much to feed their puppies.

Ask a vet. If they decreased suckling though, then probably diluted milk would be good.
