I have an 8 week old puppy who i just got on friday and he severely has fleas. I gave him a flea bath the day I got him and bought Sergeants Natures Guardian Flea and Tick squeeze-on for dogs and puppies and also a flea collar. Which of these will work better? Or is both ok to use at the same time? Also how often can I bathe him?

I just took my pup out for a walk, and he had light green diarrhea poops. Is he sick, or did he just eat too many treats? We have recently been giving him milkbones, and most of them are the light green veggie flavor. Could this be why?

i've heard that dogs all turn into the same mutt type after just a couple of generations, the short hair, light brown strays that you see in the streets. is this true?

I have a Pit Bull and a Boxer, and they fight alot. The last time they got into a fight the Pit messed up the Boxer pretty bad and he had to go to the vet and they kept him there for like 4 days. We have had the Pit neutered hoping that would help, but it hasn't. The Pit is a very sweet and loving dog, he just dosen't like other dogs. Does anyone have any ideas? because if we can't figure anything out were going to have to give him away.

My puppy has roundworms and I gave her dewormer. About 30 to 45 minutes later, she threw up twice. I'm worried about whether the medicine had time to take affect. Should I give her another dose or will this make her sick?

It looks very unnatural and he yelps when he's walking while erect, since his penis drags on the floor. It honestly strecthes up to his jaw and I don't even know if theres anything you CAN do to help him out. Its kind of funny, but I wanted to know if anyone else has had or does have this problem.

This is very long, basically I was given a puppy a year ago, and she was lovely but kept nipping at my son and our feet!!!! After 6months someone suggested I give her away before she hurts him bad. So I gave her back to which I got her off. Anyway 3mths later I got a call from the Battersea saying they had my dog. (I had her chipped and didn’t change the details so if anything happened like this I would know)

I went and collected her, she looked a little neglected.

My intention wasn’t to keep her, but I love her so much she warmed to the family again. So she has been back with us for 5 months.

My son is 6 years old. Today she growled at him and nipped him, she never hurt him. This happened as he entered his room, where her bed is???? I am really worried and don’t know what to do.

I am wondering if she done it because her bed is in his room.
I am thinking I have to give her away but I really don’t want to she’s only just come back.

I have a 4 year old Chocolate Lab. She has a bad anxiety problem. When she was a year old she was fine, we would hunt togeather, fish, play in the rain, everything. Then one day she just freaked over the sound of a gun shot. Then she was scared of the rain. Now every little thing makes her pupels dialate, her breathing heavy, and she shakes. She has never been left alone with anyone, she is always with me, and I hardly ever have to scold her. Friends that I have met have said that they have always had problems with Chocolates having seizures and such. Is this a common problem with Chocolates, and is there any way to help her with it? Please, only seriouse replies. She is like my child.

I will be getting her December 5th when she can leave her mother. My little puppy will be soo spoiled! She is a Yorkie-Poo and will probably be 8-10 pounds max. I have several names that I like but can not decide for sure. Choose the one you think fits best. If there is a name that is NOT on my list and you feel it fits better...let me know, but I prefer one of the ones from my list!

Bella, Chloe, Lana, Angel, Sunny, Martini, Leila, Sasha, Lexie, Abby, Maggie, Maddie, and Star!
