My cat has been miaoing all the time ever since last night, we've given him his favorite type of can food but he doesn't want it and we open the door for him and he goes out and starts miaoing even more loudly, I can't stand it anymore, last night I couldn't even sleep and I don't know if he is a female or male even, when I brought him at the pet shop the keeper said he was a male, but my brother said he isn't because he doesn't have a pouch at the tail. Anyway please tell me what's wrong. Please this is urgent, I can't even eat breakfast anymore.

She won't eat or drink anything. All she does is lay around. Her eyes keep watering and her nose is wet. This has been going on for over 3 days now. She has all her shots and has been spayed. She is 3 years old.

I will be going on vacation with my family for 2 weeks. We can't take our cat with us and my parents refuse to pay a cat sitter. No one in my family will be able to care for him, will he be ok alone outside for 2 weeks? What kind of precautions should I take? Any suggestions would be great!

We DON'T want a hairless cat.
What are some ways of reducing Dad's allergies? Can the kitten be confined to only my room and sometimes outdoors?
Thanks a lot!

p.s. We already have the cat picked out.

I recently lost my job and can't afford a vet. My cat is sick and vomitted a small amount of blood and seeks isolation. Is there any place I can take my pet and NOT pay? I am down on my luck right now. Help

I have a 10 year old female cat, and i just got a 10 week old male kitten, my female cat is not so hot about the new kitten, she doesn't mind him if he is minding his own buisness, but he won't leave her alone, he jumps on her and always wants to play with her, so i fugured that i better let him get swat by her a few times and maybe he will learn, but i don't think it's working.

I don't know what they are.
But they look blackish brown and they are small.
They are located on my kittens chin.
I managed to get a few out of his chin and was able to pop them with my finger nails.
They kinda seemed like lice eggs.
Are they flea eggs?
Its not dried food for sure!
It looks nothing like food.

I have 2 neutered male cat/kittens (not sure they are classified as not kittens yet). They are 10 and 10.5 months old and weigh about 10 and 11 lbs respectively. Are these normal weights? I am concerned that they don't seem to have grown close to "full grown cat" size yet even though they are only a couple months from being considered adults.

I have four parakeets and one hamster. I've been getting bug bites all over me, and I looked online and my bites look just like flea bites http://www.lifespan.org/adam/graphics/im... Also, none of my family members have been getting these bug bites, and I have four cats, with flea and tick products applied to them already. I just today sprayed flea stuff on my hamsters, but I want to know.....
1. Is there a way to tell if I have fleas in my room.
2.Can mites from parakeets give me thoes bites?
3. Can that bite be from another insect? If so pics would be helpful.

We just moved to a new house and my cat (a fixed male) uses his litter box, but also pees in other places - like on my bed, on pillows and blankets. Is he marking? I have 3 other cats that are not doing this. How can I get him to stop??

Okay yesterday my cat was laying down on my bed in the air condition and then suddleny he started shaking, and couldnt walk, vomitting, dizzy, and breathing very rapidly. So I took him to the vet and they said they have never seen something like this...He is better now and the vet said it was heat stroke but how was it heat stroke when the whole house is air conditioned and no weird smells (vet said maybe weird smells?) I was just wondering if anybody else has had this problem? He has never been sick before and he is 4 years old..basically an indoor cat in the summer because he REFUSES to go out in the hot.

I am switching from Innova Evo to regular Innova food. Should I mix them, or would it be okay if I didn't mix them, because they're the same brand?

My ragdoll has ALWAYS hated getting his claws trimmed. Ever since he was a kitten he has bitten, scratched, and fought for his life every time I tried to touch his paws. I tried taking him to a groomer, but they had a hard time gave up on trying! Even the vet has to muzzle him during vet visits. The only way I have been able to trim his claws is when he is asleep, but now that he is getting older (1 year, 2months), he seems to be getting wiser :(

I do not want to declaw him, and I cannot get soft claws on him either. Will I have to take him to the vet every time he needs his claws trimmed? Does anyone have any ideas???
