My cat, occasionally, vomits semi-digested food. Is this a sign that we are feeding her too much? Is this also a sign that she may be bored and eating out of boredom? The latter question sounds too human to be correct but that's why I'm asking. Any advise is appreciated. Thanks!

Usually 3 - 4 times per night scratching on the bedroom door. She generally doesn't want anything - She dis have some kittens 9 weeks ago - all have been re-homed and she is on antibiotics as she has mastitis. She seems to be on heat and we can't let her out which is what she wants as she can't be spayed until the mastitis has gone.
HELLLLLLPPPPPPPPP!! We have just gone through weeks of getting up in the night with the kittens and we have a baby coming in 8 weeks so we just want some sleep!!

She only ever does it when I feed her Fussy Cat (raw kangaroo meat portions). My other cat eats hers daintily off her claw while the growly one swallows it whole like an anaconda swallowing an animal while growling like a feral beast! I even feed them a few meters away from each other.
They're so weird.

This is the second time his furry feline fist aimed for my eyeball. The first time he got the skin under my eye. The tender spot. It swelled up like someone socked me in the eye. This time he got the white of my eye along with the skin underneath. Now the white of my eyeball is red/ Was bleeding, but I flushed it with water. It seems okay for now although it kinda aches.

I didn't provoke the little jerk. I was busy reading on the couch and he was laying on the back of it and next thing I know, his big fat furry fist and claw is in my eyeball.

He's about 2 years old and he's a siamese but he reminds me more of a rabid monkey. He was given to me by someone who couldn't keep him anymore because they lived in an apartment and were going to be charged extra pet deposit. Somehow, I feel duped because I am starting to believe he was trained to sock people in the eye. It's happened frequently.

I still feel like an a*hole.

I mean, he came around as he usually does, (when he's starving and knows he can trust me for food) he was just lying in my yard patiently waiting for me to come and feed him. Ran up to me purring and ate. Then I cover him with a towel and threw him in the house as his claws were flying all over the place. He calmed down a bit and now he's in a cage.

I mean, he just looked SOOOOO peaceful and happy lying in my driveway!!! lol Seriously, it was so freakin cute. Lying on his stomach with his paws out but bent in and kind of curled inwards.

But even with street and highway smarts (stays away from it) he's not in good shape and he wouldn't make it out there much longer with those damn tom cats. All that land to roam isn't good if you're living in fear. He's only 7lbs too and not a fighter, I've seen him cornered and he hunches down. :(

My cat is really weird - he plays with his toy then he carries it to his food dish and puts it in it - he does this everyday. Why?

We just adopted two tabby kittens age 10 weeks. We have 2 guniea pigs age 2. We got kittens instead of cats thinking we can train the cats to get along or leave the guniea pigs alone.
The pigs are on the ground in a big cage my husband built them. Anyone have any suggestions?

OK... I am kinda worried about this... I have a two year old cat that was negative for feline lukemia when she was a kitten. We got her all of the vaccinations for FL when she was little. When we went to the vet with her a few months ago the vet said she did not need another shot because she was an indoor cat. We recently brought home a cat from the adoption shelter and now my fiancee is worried that the kitten may have lukemia.. Is my cat at risk even thoughtshe has already been given her shots???

our family's cat is the father, but the mother isnt ours, nor does she trust me. the kitten is very young, in fact, newborn may be the wrong word, the kitten is old enough that the baby have grown its own hair but too young to be active, it spend its day sleeping
any advice?

The kitten is a female, black, 6 weeks old, kinda fiesty, very curious, and kinda needy. The 2 choices are VIXEN (which we feel fits her personality better) and TRUFFLES (which feel is cuter).
