She won't eat or drink anything. All she does is lay around. Her eyes keep watering and her nose is wet. This has been going on for over 3 days now. She has all her shots and has been spayed. She is 3 years old.

She hasn't gone to the bathroom during this time, either.

The cat is sick. When you're sick you lay around, don't eat anything and your eyes and nose run, don't they? Cats can get dehydrated quickly. If you have canned food, put some on a paper plate and heat it up in the microwave until it is just barely warm. This will make it more fragrant and maybe your cat will eat a little. She really needs to go to the vet. She probably has an upper respiratory infection, which could turn into pneumonia. However, I'm not a vet and you need to get a vet's advice. Call the vet immediately.

Do you let you cat out doors? She may have picked up something from another cat. Those are the chances you take when cats are let out doors.
Since your cat hasn't been drinking any water, then I'd venture to guess she's dehydrated. Watering eyes may mean she has allergies. However, this whole thing seems more serious to me.
She's been laying around for three days now. I think that's long enough for you to determine she needs to see a vet. Along with people, cat's can also die of dehydration
Get yourself in motion and take your cat to the vet.

Sounds like she has and upper- respiratory infection. Almost to the "t." Get her checked out at the vet. If that is what it is, it is a simple fix, so don't fret. An antibiotic prescribed by your vet will have her back to normal in less than a day or two. I hope that's all it is. Definitely get it checked out either way! Good Luck!

Sounds like a respiratory infection. You will need to get some antibiotics from the vet to get your cat back on track. Dont put it off too long, this can be very dangerous for cats. Also take your cat into the bathroom and run a steamy shower, it will help to get her feeling better faster. My vet had me do this several times and it worked great for my cat. You can also give your cat half a tablet of generic brand decongestant...works great!

You need to ask a vet these questions. Nobody here is a vet and even if there were, a vet cant diagnose a problem without examining the animal.

Three days is already a long time (probably too long) to have left your cat in this condition. Your cat needs vet treatment urgently. Please get her to the vets ASAP.
