My cat eats special kitty dry cat food. The past week or so, she's started defecating on the sofa at night. She only does it at night and she's never had a problem like this before. Do you think it's linked?

She is very needy but she is none stop right now. Her nipples have also gotten twice the size they normally are. If she is what do I do to make her comfortable and healthy along with her babies during this time. She is my baby!

We're switching from dry cat food to wet cat food because our kitten is allergic to something in the dry. Our cats are use to dry food being left out all the time for them to munch on whenever they want to. Now that we're changing to wet, they're only going to be fed twice a day. One cat is 2 years old, about 12 lbs and the other is 7 mos and about 7 lbs. Would a can a day each be enough? I read that kittens should get twice as much food, that's why they would have equal amounts.

Thanks!

A neighbors cat poops in my yard or garden(where I grow food to eat) daily in random spots. I have done everything short of shooting or poisioning the cat thus far. I am sick of cleaning up after it. I have tried all kinds of deterents and it still comes back. I have used pepper in the soil, chased it away, left cut up oranges all over, left filled water bottles around the yard, sprayed it with water, ext. It still comes around when I am sleeping and causes the neighbors dog to bark and wake me up in the middle of the night and poops where it likes. I have been picking up its poop for at least 5 months... How can I keep this evil cat away for good? I need a good cheap perminent solution. I cant afford a dog or one of those motion sensor water sprayer things. As Popeye would say "I can't stands no more". I am open to any suggestions legal or not.

I have a male cat who is about 4 months old. I didn't think he would be spraying yet. We plan on getting him neutered. I can smell it and I can't find where he sprayed. It's driving me crazy. My husband can't really smell it due to congestion but I can. When/If I find the source how do i clean it up?

my friend has about 8 cats, and there are these 2 cats, about 1 -3 years old, that always fight. one bit the other ones ear and now there is a whole there even, so they always fight. 3 days ago, the cat that has the bitten ear was attacked again by the other cat, my friend watched them fight and tried to separtate them with a broom but it didn't work. fianlly the fight ended, and the cat was the attacker walked away about 2 feet, fell over and died instantly. there wasn't any blood either, other than minor scratchs. any ideas?

ONLY SERIOUS ANSWERS PLEASE! I'm asking this question for someone else - my kitty, who gives out advice on his website, would like to see if you have any useful suggestions!

Good afternoon Sacha,

I figured I would write an expert. Ok here goes, we adopted a 10-month-old kitty about 2 months ago, we also have 3 labs. We did the usual meet and greet, kept Kit Kat separated so they would get the smell of each other, introduced gradually, and controlled meetings supervised visits... etc... Kit Kat has refuge in my children's room, he still continues to want to have nothing to do with the dog, he gives them the swat with the paw every single chance he gets, he seems to be afraid but will throw first paw every time, he hides under the bed. He walks and stalks the house when all are sleeping, LOL.

So how would you purpose to help the process of peace in the house. Any and all suggestions kindly appreciated,

What can it be!? I would take him to the vet, but it's not really my cat. He's more of a wild cat that is afraid of everything, and hisses!! I just feed him, and take care of him. I'm scared to take him to the vet because he is so vicious!! What should I do?

I tried putting some ointment with a bandaide!? It kinda looks like something bit him. Could he die!? What should I do!? He only trusts me, and will come up to me. But it takes him awhile to ease up with me. I ♥ this cat, and I don't want anything bad to happen to him!
