Is my cat pregnant?

She is very needy but she is none stop right now. Her nipples have also gotten twice the size they normally are. If she is what do I do to make her comfortable and healthy along with her babies during this time. She is my baby!

Take her to the Vet, they can possibly confirm the pregnancy. Since she's not spayed, enlarged nipples can also mean problems with the mammory glands. Also, if she is pregnant your Vet may want her switched to a higher calorie food.
