You'll want to use a black light to find it. The urine will glow under black light.
Once you find it, you can use a product called Urine-Off to clean it up. Here's where you can find it.

Baking soda will not work as the cat will still smell the area and keep marking there. Vinegar might work, but I've never tried it.

You can buy a blacklight that is designed for finding pet stains, but they are pricey. The best way is to get down on hands and knees and smell.
An enzyme based cleaner designed for that job can be bought at the pet store. If you can get an enzyme based laundry detergent, that will work too.
Another thing that i've recently discovered is that cola will break up urine if you leave it for 10 minutes then wash with hot soapy water. You need to test in an inconspicuous area first though to ensure it won't stain.
Don't use cleaning products which are based on ammonia (including benzalkonium chloride) or bleach (sodium hypochlorite) as both of these chemicals are excreted in cat urine and will attract him back to do it in that spot again.
4 months is old enough to neuter, he is old enough to be sexually mature and it's mating season so his hormones will be at high levels.

Go to petsmart. they have sprays there to mask the odor of a cat's spray and at the same time keep it from staining. They also have sprays that you can spray around your house to keep him from spraying anymore until you get a chance to get him neutered. As for finding it, find the room it's the strongest in and sniff around. Some things that cats mark a lot are couches, plants, suitcases, and even (gasp) your bed if he sleeps with you.

Follow the nasty odour. Very hard smell to get out. That smell actually gives me a headache. Try dousing the spot in baking soda, let it sit, then vacuum the b/soda. Then after that, I would just scrub it with some really strong type of cleaning detergent, maybe Pine Sol?

Get on your hands and knees and start crawling and sniffing. Take kitty to vet and have him neutered and while he is there (if you hvae found pee spot) use an approved odour eliminator for feline urine and clean like heck - ask the staff at the vet what they think is best, they always know.

If the cat weights 2 lbs, most vets will fix him, do you have or been around a unfixed female that might be in heat, that could be why he is doing it..

I've heard that using a black light will make it show up.
