My cat is always meowing so loudly. Not all day, but usually in the morning or night. She meaows for no apparent reason. I check everything, like her food and litter box. It's not really something new, just something she always did. Is this unusual?

So I'm sitting here with my kitty Peach draped across my lap, sleeping and purring and kneading with her little hooking motions, and I'm having the most peaceful moment of my life. Any others who feel more right in the presence of their animals than any human being on earth?

Pervs needn't apply.

OK,I already asked why my cat might be peeing everywhere. And from the answers I got I think its either the fact that we just changed to diffrent litter or that she has UTI. But I still don't excatly don't get what it is. Can someone explain to me? Like is it fatal or a common very curable disease?
Once again thanks,

Earlier I noticed that my cats gums were swollen on the right side of her mouth. I just looked again, and now the left side of her mouth is swelling as well.

It doesn't seem to be bothering her. I planned on taking her to the vet this week anyway, before I even noticed this. Now it looks like I'll be taking her sooner than I thought.

I was just wondering if anybody knows what the problem might be. I really have no idea, I don't think I've ever seen her gums like that.

Thanks for the help!

It is full of mice, and conventional traps aren't working. How can I encourage neighbourhood cats to go in there at night and take care of them?

My cat has for some reason started peeing everywhere. My mom thinks that my cat might have a disease, and I am hoping she doesn't. Has anybody ever had something like this happen to their cat,and was it a disease or something.
Thanks,

There are wild racoons that come into our house through the cat door really late at night and they eat all the cat food and rummage through the cupboards. How can we make it so the cats can still go in and out of the house without the racoons coming inside?

The stupid thing is in heat, and I cant stand it anyway. I refuse to shell out money for some stupid operation. So my options are 1) put it outside and let the boys have her 2) hide her in a room until she shuts up 3) take her for a looooong drive... 5) euthanize the SOB... or 5) give her to some Yahoo Answers pet-loving fanatic who replies here calling me names for being so cruel.

Those who flame, I will assume you have chosen item #5. Post your email with your flame. It's not human, in fact legally, its propery - property I dont really %#^#&-ing want anyway.

My kitten bites his little fleece rope the same way he bites me. Whenever I pet him, he just bites me like a toy. He is comfortable with me, I know it. But I have no clue why he is still like this after some months. Help would be greatly appreciated.

We all know that dogs are very affectionate , they show it so easily but do cats really return the love they get .
I have a cat and if I let him on my lap he purrs like mad but is he just doing it because he likes the attention .
He knows i have treats for him and he knows where I put them for him so he sits where they are supposed to be and yowls at me but thats just because he wants something .
He sleeps on my bed and again he purrs like thunder but , thats just because he likes being where he is .
As has been said in other questions I cant train him to do anything i want and I'm sure if I wasnt here he would survive quite well .
He doesnt really need me and I DONT own him , I think he just tollerates having me around , and in answer to another question , he sits and stands where he wants to , he lives here like me

Any one have sugjestion on what I am to do? by the way the cat is not even going by humans (she was verrrrrrrrrrry soical before now) not even her own owner.

My cat has an obstruction in her stomach. I have been to the vet. How do you get rid of an obstruction, without resorting to surgery.
