he was fine in the house i got him from, but now that he's in mine, he won't poo in the litter box and prefers peeing on the laundry room floor. the box is clean so i can't figure it out.

Hey, this is a serious question. I think my cat is constapated. She keeps getting in and out of the litter box, but she's not doing anything. She's been doing this for the past 3 hours. I would call the vet, but the office is closed. So, does anyone know of anything I can do for her? She's not eating anything different, I've kept her on the same food, so I don't think it's that. Well, thank you for your time. :)

I bought a variety pack and the cat really doesn't seem to care all that much for any of it. Tried 2 of the 3 flavors so far. He eats a little of it and loses interest. It's the canned, not dry food. Also he's really finicky about eating dry also. He's healthy but I'm thinking he might be too young for the cubs shaped bite pieces I don't know how old he is, he's about 18 inches long (not including tail) and his head is about as wide as a soda can (not as high as a soda can)

My cat had to become a housecat after previously being an outdoors cat (another one of our cats was killed by a coyote after we moved out to the country). He is sad & mad now, and I need to know the signs if kitty is SUICIDAL.

I want to adopt a cute little kitten. But i dont want him to be too active and run around the house like a crazy feline and scratch my furniture. I want a cuddly kitty that will sleep in my lap and love to be pet. What Breed do you think i should get?

ps: I dont want it to shed excessively cuz i hate that and i hate hair balls. :)

I'm going to florida soon, and I was wondering would I be able to put my two kittens in a pet carry tote on the plane with me. They are so tiny, and I dont want to leave them at home while I'm on vacation. Is there usually a fee you have to pay?

Any help would be nice!

My cat has been doing something weird lately, and I have no idea what is going on. She is a 2 1/2 year old spayed cat. She only has started doing this lately, and there isn't anything wrong with her health. When she lays down, her back legs will start moving. She sleeps on her side on her back and it does this no matter how she sleeps. They move up and down or back and forth, depending on her position. It's only her back legs too. Any advice on what is going on?

My Niece has lived with this cat all of her life and is crazy about the cat. We thought she had Asthma and we took her to get an allergy test and she is allergic to cats.. I don't know what to do. I have had the cat for 18 years and it is not a loving cat it doesn't like to be held by anyone...yet he lets my neice carry him all over the place.

What should I do? She does not want me to get rid of him. If I do who would want a 18 year old cat that has to be indoor because he is declawed and not affectionate.

Any Suggestions?

I've put him on diets but he always remains plump and is now 15 pounds. I love him very much and want him to be healthy, but if you've ever seen Shrek 2 and Puss in boot's eyes when he wants something, then that is the way he looks at me when he wants food. And he makes me feel as though I've been starving him by eating ravenously when I feed him, even though he gets 2 small meals a day. How can he lose weight easier?

well...at least as long as you are alive? I love my cat but when she dies I'll be heartbroken. She"s the best part of my day. She loves me and comforts me. It's like she knows when I'm down. I'll miss her if she dies before I do....
